  Eclectic hotel in great location.

  Hotel located above the valley, with super panoramic views from the southern rooms. Great starting point Hotel a bit dated, room was cold due to tiny radiator. Caution - our passports were photocopied without our permission. In ensuing discussion, woman behind the counter arrogantly cited some local police regulations, which is rubbish. Data and privacy protection laws are very strong in Europe, photocopying documents with signature can lead to a fraud ans it's major no no. She was just to lazy to write down the data from passport and chose to photocopy them.

  Very dirty and unpleasant!

  Stayed here with my girlfriend for one night while passing through Bolzano! Incredibly dirty hotel, flies everywhere! The pillows and linen smelt stale and for the price we paid its not exactly what we expected. Breakfast again was very disappointing flies over all the food, dirty cutlery and mugs which wasnt nice to wake up to! However the owner was very pleasant! Thats about the only positive we took from the hotel!

  Nice Owners, but Substandard Hygiene (Flies Everywhere, All the Time)

  Breakfast was included in the price, but I lost my appetite when I saw the food covered with flies. There are well known methods and technologies for controlling these pests. I hope the owner figures it out quickly!

  Beautiful location

  This hotel is perched high above Bolzano and offers magnificent views. The staff were friendly, helpful, and enthusiastic. The rooms were comfortable, but mine was located below the restaurant and there were footfalls and chairs scraping until fairly late. Breakfast was not great, with a pretty limited selection.

  great hospitality

  A real pension. fantastic view. very nice staff, smiling and very laid back. the bed was a little soft. The pool was clean and a nice thing since it was quite hot. The meals in the restaurant are tasty and affordable.
