  The worst service ever provided.Front desk being impolite.Poor online service.The suite is worst.

  Hi All, I had booked this hotel online on August 4th from Bangalore and the agent provided me with the booking confirmation .As we got it co firmed by the hotel person that we will be arriving early morning 5am by train and we have an infant baby along with us hence we would need to room as soon as we arrive there.They promised to provide the same and gave us the booking confirmation.But after we reached their hotel the front desk denied to provide the room and said we would give only at 11am ,it was such a havoc and inconvenience for us as I had 9 months baby with us and it was so difficult to look around the place where we dont know and then had to check for the auto rickshaw guys to fetch us some hotel rooms.With the baby it was difficult for us to found room and then got delayed for our Tirumala Darshan.The hotel front desk or the management was not taking responsibility for this trouble we underwent.I would not recommend this hotel.Plz dont opt for such kind of hotel where they taking booking and then deny it once you reach there.   Need to be Improved

  The view of Tirupati is awesome it's very near to Railway Station and Bus Stand. The Food they provide is awesome and the Rooms are with King sized bed but the washrooms are not clean. The service boy cleaned it after calling him for 3 times. Room Service is awesome. Stay was Good... Expected much more satisfactory from the Udayee Team

  Good location bad service and rooms

  The Hotel was good when it was under ginger family. The location of the hotel is good but the issue is with their horrible room service and cleanliness. And the complement breakfast is good not exemplary.

  Lost my valuables in hotel

  Hi All, this is my worst experience i ever visit tirupati.I lost my valuables from bag.I missed my bag in hotel for some time and covered my bag but not all items in bag.I lost 5000 worth valuables and staff simply saying there is no cameras at missed place.This is how they are maintaining hotel.Room is not worth and its very ordinary.

  Waste of money

  One of worst hotel in Tirupati, staff is not friendly, room is not clean, no hot water, the list is big to explain the worst part this hotel. I dont recommend for anyone and pls dont waste your money.
