  The real paradise of Mount Abu

  Excellent and superb hotel with hats off service and location. The hotel is situated very near to polo ground with easy access to main market and all the spots. Service and rooms are fantastic and will make u fall in love with this place.They will help u in all sorts of inquiries in best possible way like car washing, rent bike, sightseeing etc. Garden in the hotel in well maintained and dinner in the night on the garden will be icing on the cake. Toilets are clean and hygienic and breakfast is simple and awesome. Rates and quality of the food served is great. Would love to visit again and again in Mount Abu.

  Poor maintenance, Bedbugs thirsty to drink blood

  Old facility. Not really heritage site. Poor maintenance all around. Our bed was full of bed bugs, not able to sleep in night. Food was average. Gulabjamun served as desert were dry solid ball that no body can it. Passage leading from road to hotel was in complete dark due to some short circuit. Only plus point is it's location near to Nakki lake. Not recommend to families with little kids.

  Poor maintenance, but location is nice

  Poor management, dirty blankets and towel. Unhygienic, location is good but there is no well management by the staff, they can improve by their well management, feel like we were in lodge or guest house, dirty water in bathroom. Breakfast is ok ok.

  Best place to stay in mount abu

  amazing location. rooms are big, clean and but a bit maintenance is required. hotel is locatedo on top of a rock , with an amazing view of mount abu. we were there from 11 to 13th september and had booked 2 rooms. good clean place, a lawn with almost 7 tables to maintain privacy. best part it is a family hotel. break fast was amazing and worth the money spent. the staff including the owner Mr Rathore are gem of a person and special thanks to Montu for taking care of our needs.

  Unprofessional staff without any knowledge

  First thing when we checked in at night only 1 person was there and he was sleeping.nothing you can order after 9:30 pm ..2nd thing they are very unprofessional they dont know about hotel industry. Room is not cleaned properly when we checked in bedsheet was dirty but Food was little ok. Our cloths was wet thats why we keep fan on. Some one go inside my room and switch off fan in our absence.how we know because we checked when we enter in room.. Thats unsafe to keep money and jewelry . You are not supposed to go inside my room without my permission.. As per my suggestion this hotel is wasted of time and money.
