  Excelente hotel y spa

  Hermoso hotel con habitaciones cómodas y espaciosas. El spa es excelente, dispone de sauna húmedo, seco, pileta y zona de relax con vista al mar. La comida de sus restaurantes es más que recomendable y el personal es muy amable.

  Good but with some disappointments

  Very nice hotel right at the most beautiful beach. 2 disappointment though. 1: We had searoom view as we ordered and paid close to doubled the prize for. But 2/3 of the view was the gymnastics hall only a few meters away. (See pictures). Compared to the pictures on the hotels webpage this is close to being manipulating. 2: We arrive at the Covid19 peak in Sweden. The breakfast buffet was crowded. 150 guest sharing spoons and forks at the buffet. Only hand sanitizer at one of the entries (empty at 9.30). No sanitizer in the restaurant, etc. Except from this a very nice stay. If I'd come back I would call in advance and insist on proper view. And avoid the buffet if covid19 is still around.

  Very nice Hotel at the beach. The Spa is very good with a lot of different pools and jacuzzis. You have to try Bettans bar they serve excellent sushi and seafood. The breakfast is also perfect. The chef serving omelette and eggs at your choice

  Not worth the money paid.

  The hotel needs to work on how to serve and on their attitude towards all guests. Try to help the guests that need guidance, specially when it comes to the food. If all restaurants are full, every single night; what options are there? Room service? Kids menu, other restaurants in area? Info about offering take out at the Grill (even if only pizza). The room where we stayed was in bad shape. Dirty wall (needed to be cleaned), broken lamp and mirror, not a spotless shower either. To pay 300 dollars a night to stay in a less than spotless room is not really ok. FD manager was nice offering dinner and other details, but the rest of hotel staff was not really friendly. Good things: breakfast, spa (with a few minor glitches) and the live music to which, thank God, we could go in because we were hotel guests. But once on the restaurant, the staff again was dismissive and not really friendly. The view of the sea and location.

  Relaxing stay

  Firstly as many people comment, yes it is a bit pricy, however I think that you get what you pay for. It is one of the most beautiful spa I have been at and the hotel was very fresh. We arrived on a Sunday and spent our whole afternoon (15-19) a the spa. The outdoor pool was amazing because it had a really nice view. It was also quite big, two floors of spa with jacuzzi, big pool, saunas, foot baths, relaxing areas and gym. You could not really ask for more. The three course dinner was really good and the room where you had the dinner was really nice, not that noisy. Also, the breakfast was super good, it had all you could think of and a plus that you could make you own orange juice with the machine. The room was really fresh and modern. I liked that you could connect the tv to your smartphone very easily and the design of the room. Overall, the visit was really nice and relaxing. I would absolutely go back.
