Very good hotel.... but lazzy stuff
We were traveling with family during school holiday. At the end of October hotel is almost empty. Outside temp is 30-35. To our surprize airconditioning was not working. Called numerous of times to reception. Primised to fix, but at second day said it is normal. So 27 degrees in room. Stuff is very lazzy, it seems waiting for the end of season.

First holiday in Turkey - 10 + well done
I was customer for 7 night in 2018. We had room nr 512 in Block B. It was a great experience for our family. Services provided were good, staff was great, all inclusiv services were excellent. Th only minus i can tell, that the lady from HSPK did not change our linen for 5 days in a row, and after i was at the reception desk to inform them about my problem, linen was changed fast. Our children was really happy at the playground, also at the beach, really clean, and i am thinking that in 2020 to return again at your hotel. This year i wasn`t so happy with my choise in Side, and it was a bad experince. Greetings from Romania, family Popescu Laszlo

Great hotel
Nice hotel Next to the beach Lots of food choices in the all inclusive Only negative is the front reception staff are quite rude and seem to do nothing except ignoring the guest. Other staff especially the dining staff were great.

Great Hotel for young families
I stayed here with my Mother and two young grandaughters. The Hotel was wonderful. The family room we stayed in was lovely and situated in a quiet area over the road from the main hotel. Food was lovely and great variety. The only downside was the availability of beds. There are plenty, but, unfortunately towels are left on unused beds by selfish guests. We actually removed towels several times. The animation team were excellent and the shows were good.

I would come back:)
As the whole world is experiencing quarantine I finally found some time to write a review about Turan Prince, which I have visited almost a year ago:D I would really come back to this hotel. I love it when You arrive at a hotel and find it so similar to beautiful photos on the internet. I was visiting Side on May- weather was very good, there were plenty of flowers at a hotel, grass was green- environment still so fresh. So I could say, that the end of spring is perfect for visiting Turkey. People at a reception were not super friendly, but couldn't complain a lot... People, working at restaurants and bars were more friendly and smiling. And we got a sea view room for no additional charge (well, maybe not such bad people working at a reception:D). So, the view was very good. But keep in mind, that if You are facing sea view, You are also facing the main space where evening events are taking place. You will hear music for 100 %. So if You are travelling with children, or You want to have a good sleep during Your hotel, You will have to ask for rooms, facing back yards or stay at another part of the hotel- in villas. Sadly I didn't take photos there, but there is definitely a cosy area with its own pool and bar, but You will have to take a little bit of walk to main spaces and a beach. The beach area is nice. It's clean, have many sunbeds, there is a footbridge with sunbeds in the end of it. A bar on the beach serves drinks. Another bar right next to beach serves food as well (it also has sea view! :)). Hotels from both sides of Turan Prince are also beautiful and quite expensive, so their beach area is also very clean and nice- You are surrounded with beautiful environment. Our room was big, it had additional bed. Bathroom looked like it was recently renovated. The room itself was good, but it didn't look like it was renovated. We had our room cleaned only two times, cause we asked for no disturbance. But those days, when it was cleaned it was only ok... And we really liked food. Plenty of it. Different themes of dinners. Especially I was satisfied with desserts. There was a bar next to children zone where You could get ice cream(as much as You want). I don't have children, but I was a frequent guest near this ice cream refrigerator:D. By the way, coctails both at lobby bar, beach bar, pool bar were not so good. Only one bartender was able to create quality coctails, so we were trying to spot him:D We didn't use a la carte restaurants, tenis, spa and kids zone and shops, so nothing to review. Wi fi was good. Overall, I would come, it means hotel is really good:) With best regards, I wish quarantine will come to an end as soon as possible.
