  Too Modern for me

  This is a good budget hotel as I had been and location ,breakfast (western style)are good, Just only one comment is Room card, they provided only one card , when I go out to buy more drinking water at vending machine with leaving our childs in room , I need to taking the card with me and comeback to room very fast because no electric in room...sad

  Great Location and a Lovely Hotel

  As a stopover on our trip heading north in Japan, we thought a Otel with the name Trusty was always going to be a surprise and yes it was ! An absolutely fantastic surprise it was from the moment we arrived our tour group was greeted at the bus on the road where room keys were distributed, a lovely hotel clerk assisted everyone with their luggage on the escalator up to a very classy foyer/lobby/cafe and dining area. The room was beautiful and spacious with a fantastic King sized bed a nice 2 seater lounge, a lounge chair plus a chair and desk overlooking the buildings behind but who cares about that eh? A newish flat screen tv with local channels only but is sufficed, very good strong air conditioning, a small bar fridge, and once again a very adequately sized and appointed bathroom (Japanese style). The breakfast as usual was very sumptuous and plentiful and catered for all tastes. And finally as usual the staff were so beautiful, friendly and courteous and were so obliging. This is a great hotel so close to numerous eateries, a 7/11 next door and I would strongly recommend this hotel - thank you Trusty

  Good value budget hotel

  For the price we paid for this hotel, I would say it exceeded my expectation. The bathroom was clean and tidy with basic toiletries, the bed was reasonably comfy (except that the pillows were a little too small for our liking). Although the size of the room was not big, it was sufficient to house two adults without making us feel too crammed. However, it was rather dark with small windows, hence not a lot of natural light. Basic items like kettle, hairdryer, iron, slippers, etc. were all provided (no brolly though). All in all, if Im to rate this as a budget hotel, it is definitely good value for money. Mr Honeybeez thought the location was good - close to the CBD / shopping area in Nagoya and within easy walking distance of two Metro stations.

  Not for many luggage guest

  We stayed for 2 nights at this hotel. Selected this hotel as it is closed to the rental car service station. It is not so close to the shopping centre (10 mins) and the room is not big enough. In addition, the hotel lobby is t 2/F and only an escalator (1 way, and upward) and staircase connected. No lift! Therefore, we need to bring our luggage down through the staircase when we left the hotel.

  travelling again

  A lovely quiet, clean hotel. You have to go up an escalator to the reception on the 2nd floor and then take the lift to your room. The room was a good size with plenty of room to put your bags and a small couch and 2 comfy chairs. The bed was lovely and comfy and king size. You had to step up into the bathroom which was also a good size compared to others here in Japan. Breakfast was buffet with a moderate selection of dishes. The staff were very helpful and friendly especially when I couldn't get the wifi to work. They came up straight away to help.
