  Best hotel near Market place

  Stayed at this hotel for 3 days from 4th dec 2018 to 7th Dec 2018. The Well maintained property. ambience is really good. Staff is co-operative. Food quality is also good. over all my experience is best for group booking. They managed well.

  Considerate and helpful centrally located hotel

  I booked this hotel for my parents who were visiting Trivandrum for a few days. The hotel was considerate for a few requests we made before arrival (through telephone) and while they stayed there including early check in and accessible rooms, since both of them cannot take too much stress, but like to travel. The staff was cooperative and patient. They also helped with car booking, which turned out to be good help. The best part is the location which is very central and hence was good. The breakfast was fine, the rooms were reasonably clean (though there was space for improvement here) and the staff was quite helpful. I would recommend it.

  A bad experience

  Really had the bad experience towards hotel, there is no actual space for parking as we got to unload luggage, but they insist us to park downstairs where there is no lift we got the walk all the slanted part, but if we try to unload there is a idiot who is the friend of owner of the hotel, he just yells and shouts, i mean why you are entertaining a hotel which would have standards if they mannered properly, but they always have some low standard people who just failed 5th grade and would start as a waiter in a hotel and become friends for money with business people later they show standards as they where earlier, but would have given 3 star if you have mannered hotel in a proper manner, there is always people who fake themselves as humble and genuine just for fame and money but regardless they just ruin everything

  Nice hotel

  Hotel town tower is in Statue Junction. It is near the market and Trivandrum railway station also. Hotel rooms are very nice, spacious, clean, and having sofa chairs, tables, wardrobe and clean bathroom. Room service is also very good. You can get complimentary breakfast. Lunch and dinner are also good. You can have your lunch/dinner at your room or at the common area. Service staff changes the bed linen everyday ( I have stayed there for 6 days(. Overall, i can say the experience was very nice.

  Bad Experience

  The hotel room was good and cleaned. As I check in time I had a bad experience. This is my 3rd visit . Reception manager asking unnecessary questions. And he iritated me. He don't know how to behave a lady. First impression starting to the reception. At least keep a smile.
