  Short Family vacation

  This is great place to spend with your family. It is our first time and it was good decision. All of us had enjoyed in this short vacation. Hotel Toplice is nice family hotel with good rooms and acceptable family restaurant. Thermal riviera is clean and warm for children.

  Bad service

  Very bad service, poor hospitality, charging swimming coats 4,5 eur per day, small towels and you are carring towels from your room, expensive drinks (4,5 eur per water). Dirty aqua park with urin smelling everywhere. When you are complaining, everybody says that you should go to Austria. Disaster.

  Without words

  Maybe I come from another planet but the experience here was very bad. Apart from the people who seems really kind... 250 per night and the spa is not included, just the swimming pool, not the spa. Swimming pool is overcrowded, I think easy to get some desease too. I just went ones. Ok so 250 for a normal room and free buffet and breakfast and dinner...again maybe I come from another planet, but in my opinion is not normal, its normal for a 5* in New York or Hong Kong yes...

  Great hotel

  Cozy big rooms, very clean and tidy. Great heated pol outside, and Big pol inside. Offer fresh fruit beside the pool, nice and clean wellness part and pool which is going from inside to outside. Great relaxing massage - I can totally tell that is one of the best massages ever - from top to toe. Various food, with great taste and selection. I couldnt expect more from the business trip. Very nice!

  Nice vacation during the winter

  About the Hotel , no complains, everything was nice, clean, food was really good. Only one sad thing, bowling didnt work, but that was not much of the problem. Spa was really overcrowded, soo many sunbeds, that you was not able even to walk between them. Short time on surf pool, my kid waited like 4 times, and never got on time to try it, and hight limit are to high for my oppinion, only 1 ride for under 140cm , i dont count pirate bay.
