  Excellent Service and Quality Staff Best in Kaprun

  This was our second visit to this hotel after a 4 year gap. Normally things go down with time but the Hotel Toni is getting even better than it already was. I can honestly say that this is down to 3 people. Selina on reception, Camille in the Bar / Restaurant and the Chef and serving team. The offering in the hotel is basically all inclusive but to a very high standard. The food on offer is of an extremely high quality and not the sort of rubbish you would find in a cheap Spanish holiday. What the Toni give you is gourmet and is cooked right in front of you by the chef. There is a huge range every night, with fish meat and vegetarian dishes, and if you are on the all inclusive, free wine or beer and some spirits and prosecco. Basically if you stay in this hotel you will spend nothing, as apart from feeding you all day and free drink, they give you a guest card which gets you free into all the top attractions in Zell am See and Kaprun and even the bus is free with this card. A lot of people make the mistake of staying in Zell am See, which can be noisy at night and there are actually no hotels on the lakeside. There is a train track in between them and the lake. So the best idea is to stay in Kaprun which is only a couple of kilometres away with a bus every half hour into Zell am See any way. But all the major attractions are up in the Kaprun end anyway! Bus stop is right outside the Toni. Selina looked after us by getting us the exact same room as we had 4 years ago as we had a special occasion and Camille kept us topped up with the Red Wine every night. Put it this way, we are only home and are looking at flights for next year. You cannot fail with this hotel.

  Brilliant,outstanding,perfect

  this is the first time we have stayed at this hotel and certainly wont be the last, the whole experience was perfect, the food was different every day and great choice of dishes, the hotel is very clean and tidy and all the staff are brilliant, they were always there to help you and so friendly it could not have been better. I would totally recommend this hotel to every one.

  Rude staff

  Very rude staff. We walked in to ask for price and availability. The lady rudely said that we should have checked online as they are fully booked! Additionally, we asked to use WC for kids, and the same lady asked us to leave the hotel, rejecting our request, asking us to find a restaurant. (we had young kids that needed WC).

  Fab Hotel

  Fab hotel with very friendly staff especially in the bar. Food was great with a different theme every night. Sking was amazing. Room was spacious and had great views from the balcony. Will definitely be going back.

  Christmas skiing

  We stayed at the Toni over Christmas for a week. The room was immaculate and a good size. We were impressed with the food. In particular, the breakfasts were superb. Great choice, and the fried eggs were particularly awesome! The service was friendly, and I would like to mention Kamil who was our waiter: such a nice chap who really helped to make our holiday great. The pool is well kept and a good size. Our two daughters loved a swim after a days skiing. We liked the bar; a good atmosphere and a good selection of beer and wine. Try the Ottakringer wheat beer: absolutely lovely! Overall, really great. Wed certainly come here again. Thanks to everyone at the Hotel Toni.
