  Comfortable and Handy

  A small and simple yet conveniently located hotel very close to the beach and entertainment. Nice little reception and waiting area with dining room and bar and balconies make for a cosy stay. The rooms are simply furnished but comfortable and have decent bathrooms. The staff are friendly, particularly the managers Linda and Pasquale who ensured we were well taken care of. Have stayed there a couple of times before and will do so again.

  Fantastic Stay, Friendly staff & Fab location!

  Warm welcoming at reception as soon as we arrived at the hotel, cleanliness 5* everyone was so kind & went above & beyond to make our stay special. Fresh cooked & contidental breakfast every morning. The location was great just 2 minutes from the beach, coop & super market near by. Bars & nightlife walking distance, something for everyone.

  Fantastic service and a great location

  I have stayed here before and I can say all the staff go above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable and stress free as can be. The beach is minutes away and with local shops and restaurants all within walking distance and very convenient. Bars and clubs are all local. The rooms are a decent size and are always refreshed daily. Most importantly air conditioning in the rooms, which makes it all the more comfortable. The lift is very convenient for your luggage to all of the floors. The continental breakfast along with fresh juices make it simple but yet does the job and always fresh! Also the barista makes a very nice espresso! The management Linda and Pasquale always do their upmost to make your stay in Rimini relaxed, stress free and memorable.As a holiday should be. Definitely recommend a visit.

  Family feel at this comfortable hotel

  We stayed at hotel as we were visiting for a wedding, we have been to Tiziana before so know the lay out, the location, the convenience and the friendly and warm reception you always receive when staying here. The staff will always go out of their way to help you with anything. It has a very relaxed, no fuss feel to it, very simple but charming. The location is perfect, 5 minute walk to the beach and to the main road where all the bars, restaurants and shops are. You are also a short bus ride away from the main shopping centre and from Riccione which is another buzzing area in Rimini. San Marino is also not very far and well worth a day out to visit. Overall, a very relaxing and comfortable stay (as always) - thanks to all the management and staff at Tiziana

  Perfect budget hotel, close to the beach, friendly staff and spotless rooms

  This is the perfect 3* hotel. The rooms are bigger than what I expected and spotlessly clean and very well maintained. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, helping with bus and train journeys etc. Very short walk to the beach with nice restaurants nearby for lunch and dinner. Would definitely stay here again for a cheap and cheerful holiday.
