  Good location, friendly staff

  Location of the hotel is good in that it is very central, within walking distance to most of the sites in the city . Unfortunately it is located on the intersection of two main streets with the tram line in front. I had a room in front of the hotel and it was very noisy throughout the night. Very nice standard breakfast served on a tray.

  AFTER A YEAR, AGAIN, IN HOTEL TIMGAD OF ORAN - my best choice...

  After having booked two times a room in Hotel Timgad, in 2014, I have chosen again this hotel, for a week, at the end of November 2015. I found again its most important strengths: I.Excellent location in midtown, II.Old style French tradition, III.High quality-price ratio,IV.Excellent free of charge Wi-Fi connection, V.Good local dishes in its own restaurant. VI.Friendly desk employees and their prompt and honest services, VII.Free reading of local newspapers in French, etc. The only one weakness is the ... constant content of (consistent) breakfasts, served at restaurant tables by its employees!

  Convenient Central Hotel

  Central hotel, clean, with pleasant staff. Room fine, at the back, so quiet, although bed lumpy! Bathroom fine with hot water on demand. Breakfast OK and parking available. Prices double 5,100 DZ, single 4,200 DZ

  Good location at good price

  Very good location at good price. Was exactly what I needed. I spent 6 nights. Near the tram station. Cleaning every day. Very good services. I did not tryed the restaurant, but the included breakfast was very good. Before my trip I did not easyly found prices except a review on this page so I want to confirm 4300DA for single room and 5200DA for double.

  Very well located

  Very well located, downtown, 2 steps from the tramway and famous market La Bastille. The Hotel is quite old but its not bad. The staff are so nice and very helpful. Basic free but decent breakfast. I forgot to mention that its amazingly cheap, its approx 40EUR per night. I got the chance to meet the owner, very nice person.
