  Nice but far from downtown Daejeon

  It's not your typical big hotel. The hotel is embedded in between small store fronts so it's easy to miss. Our taxi driver missed it and we had to turn around and look at the store front signs to identify it. We took the taxi from Daejeon's bus terminal and it was about a 15 min ride. Cost is about KRW10,000-15,000. Clean hotel and fast check in given I paid via hotels.com. Room and bathroom was clean. For westerners, be advised, the hotel provides a communal bathroom slipper. Many are not used to this. This is fairly common in Korea where many will shower or bathe with water immediately draining from the bathroom floors. The floors were clean so you can opt not to use the slippers. Wifi was pretty fast. Had four family members using and it did not lag. Word of caution, I was new to Daejeon and did not realize Daejeon was such a big city. This hotel is a bit far from the central part of downtown Daejeon. It's in the suburb of "Techno Valley". I can see this being a good business hotel.

  Close to the office, close to decent restaurants

  If you're looking for a clean, quirky hotel close to some decent restaurants, and in my case, close to offices, this may be the place for you... Quirky - the room is 'interesting' with entry to size able lounge area with couch, tv, fridge and ac. Bedroom at the other end of a 'mini apartment' with double and single bed, tv and ac. Between the two, bathroom with massive swirly bath, illuminations and all! And a shower kind of half in the bath... took me 30 minutes to figure out how all this contraption works! Staff were rather good though - very helpful and welcoming, even if the room safe did not work and the hotel safe key got lost for a day! Don't try the 2nd floor Chinese restaurant though - really the worst food I had in ages!

  Excelent staff

  Staff is excelent. Very clean, I had no problem at all. I have stayed for business, it was close to the offices. Also it's close to the many options for Korean and international cuisine. Free wireless is fast enough.

  Clean and functional hotel

  A good hotel for a short business trip, doesn't offer a whole lot. Rooms are clean and functional, a mini bar with minimum. Staff is very friendly and accommodating to your needs. Breakfast is offered at the next door cafe. I will stay here again

  Techno Terrific

  Very happy with the stay. Staff helpful and English understanding. Problem with our toilet at 1 am was fixed within 5 mins of the call to front desk. We stayed an additional night with a 3rd guest. Our second room was cold upon entering but finally warmed within a couple hours.
