  PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COST. We have come to sunny beach for a family holiday and we have been put in this hotel. Good Points ..... The rooms are clean . The cleaners do a good job . Bad points.... The Staff are p**s ignorant and unhelpful . The staff argue and shout in the middle of the street . The mattresses are filthy and have holes in them , very unhygienic . The Hotel is very dated . The pool is very small and freezing cold . The bar has limited drinks for all inclusive , you have to pay for any spirits on the top shelf . They tend to close the bar between 2pm - 4pm for cleaning , leaving nowhere to get any drinks. Snacks is only on once a day and its only basic sandwiches and pastries. They are disgusting. The girl serving the snacks smokes while setting the food out . ( Scruffy t**t ). Ice cream is served at the same time as the snacks , once a day . The food is rank and only 3 choices to choose from . I wouldnt feed my dog this crap . Loads of lovely restaurants close by where the food is gorgeous . Please do not come to this hotel it will ruin your holiday . I am still here and due home Friday . Honestly the hotel is like something left standing in Syria . Refugees wouldnt want to stay at this place either . If your looking for a decent hotel with mediocre food and a reasonable price book the Primorie Sun hotel , its just been done out and is fantastic . I have tried to be honest in this review .

  AVOID, room was tiny had mould smashed tiles and dangrous friend got shock of a plug told reception who laughed told them about how we wanted another room and got shouted at by del boy telling me to shut up all coz i asked to see rep didnt feel safe here at all drinks whats that we had to eat and drink out every nite even buy pop at shop no music around pool nothing, been ill for full week with bad chest because of the mould paid extra for twin room got a tiny double room if u call it that more like single couldnt even open door to get on balcony which couldnt even get seat on balcony that small the shower well ,basically was a toliet and sink and this thing sticking out of wall no shower curtin nothing so basically u flooded all room and loo roll the lot to even try take shower, ive been to bulgaria before even 2-1 star hotels but i tell u what this hotel shouldnt even have a star rating at all would happliy go to a 1 star which would be better than this im so glad i didnt take my kids here not only is it unsafe and dirty but black mould with fur all over, making huge complaint apart from that bulgaria is a lovely place just not this hotel although it is right next to strip thats the only thing it had going for them cleaners were lovely they did try oh and lift well can only fit one person in that small,the smell when u walk into this place hits ya honestly i could of cried when seeing the room they also have a stupid coat rack just standing there which god knows why as wasnt enough room for two beds let alone one so we made use of it by sticking it outside, ya get what u paid for although we have sence of humour and thought yeah maybe handles mite fall off it mite be not as nice but least it near strip thats what we thought when booking but omg if anything made me more angry i normally dont write reveiws but really thought i should warn people

  Omg wtf

  Well we arrived hear tonight 2 nd September met a nice couple on the coach and in same hotel with in dropping our cases of and met the the couple in the best bar in sunny beach bar iglila out side the hotel we all needed a lot of beer to face going back in there to stop for the night as we all feel sorry for what we are all going to say to the poor rep in the morning Id rather stop in Sophia prison that place just under £500 to stop in that is a total joke its disgusting this is not a place you would want bring your pet rat as that would be classed as anamal cruelty Im totally disgusted putting it nicely see pics I wouldent stop in it if it was free DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE SEE PICS OF WHT IBTOOK AS SOON AS WE WENT IN THE ROOM

  English people should avoid this hotel

  the rooms are very small no hanging space for clothes , Think they have bed bugs to badly bitten of first night had to go to chemist for cream. The food was not appertizing first day there salad was bowels around a closed bar dried up and not covered flys everywhere the hot?food was well under 60 degrees and looked like pig swill meatballs or pasta potatoes in sauce and carrots ,The fresh fruit is cut into bits put on tablet at side uncovered at breakfast there is 1 ONE 2 slice house toaster the hot drink is out of machine if you want a proper cup you have to pay extra AI is just larger or wine which was like vinegar sauna had chair in front of it so not working WE LOVED SUNNY BEACH BUT THIS HOTEL WAS THE PITS

  The Adams family hotel AVOID

  Never been to a hotel like this before good between the room's are a shambles nothing works lights hanging off the walls no space to hang your clothes so my dresses was all creased up omg don't get me started on the food what a load off pig's swill food was cold at every meal And breakfast time it's was the same thing every morning I don't think they know what a bold or fried egg looks like And drinking tea out of plastic cups I've never seen this before if you want a proper cup you have to pay for it and don't see why I should when paid for all inclusive ice-cream is only served once a day plus evening time you have to pay for your spirits as I only drink Bacardi and coke course they don't serve the house spirit they only serve wine and larger which was waterd down so basically you be drinking water instead of the wine and beer plus the bar was shut at 10oclock every night so i paid for all inclusive yet still had to Go out every night plus they have no entertainment in this hotel what a hotel AVOID AVOID AVOID
