  Good Hotel but not 4 Stars

  We stayed in this hotel for 7 days. Our grandson enjoyed very much, but we didn't. Maybe we were too fussy. We upgraded our room for a better one, but it wasn't very well cleaned. Food was rather good, and you always could find something nice to eat, but guests behaviour puzzled us a lot. The restaurant was not friendly to non smokers. Stuff was very friendly especially the hotel manager. There's a courtesy bus to the public beach, but it wasn't the best one. In general it was not that bad , and we tried to see the best sides of the holiday.

  Ok

  Stayed for a week in august 2019. Overall a positive experience. Room was clean and everything was ok. Bathroom was clean and shower worked nicely. Only negative thing about our room was that we got room with 2 beds and after we pushed them together, the floor under the bed was very dirty and disgusting. About food. Food was quite good, I was surprised. Everyday something new and no one could stay hungry. The restaurant was sadly always full of people and sometimes it was hard to find place to eat or find forks to eat with. For snacks they offered wraps, burgers, hot dogs and ice cream! AI bar wasnt very good and offered only a few types of drinks. Pools. The big pool area behind the hotel was dirty, overcrowded and not a pleasent place to stay. The sunchairs were dirty and didnt invite you to stay there. BUT the relax pool in front of the hotel was perfect! Clean and quiet. Perfect place to enjoy holiday. Staff was friendly and helpful.

  Excellent hotel

  Been here two weeks Hotel spotless great food Animation team excellent so young nikkie the manager was fantastic all the team so friendly and so mature and entertaining Room was brilliant sea front Cleaned every day Hotel spotless Downfalls two many steps counted 142 from our hotel to the main road Too many trees they deffo need cutting down blocking all sum from balcony Also more English need to go there only three families visited all summer When we arrived in August we met 5 English families they were shocked and said why would you come here ?? More English need to visit it's such a shame Bar staff excellent in the lobby bar always smiling Nice holiday in a weird way just a shame not many English

  Lovely hotel, lovely area, but not for anyone with mobility problems.

  The hotel was great. Food was ok, not piping hot, but edible. Bar staff were really good. The location was good; on a hill, so a short walk to the beach. Plenty of shops on the way, and even more when you get to the beachfront. The beach was crammed, so I wouldn't class it as a beach holiday, just poolside. Kids club seemed ok, but we don't have kids, so just going on what we saw. There is a quiet pool away from the families where we spent most days.

  Great location

  We returned to this hotel for a second time. Short walk to beach. Buffet style food in restaurant. Plenty of choice. Excellent pools. Difficult to get a lounger inseason when hotel is full capacity. Fantastic entertainments staff. Activities & games for the adults & children's club daytime. Nightly children's disco, followed by shows. Rooms standard, clean & comfortable. Unfortunately didn't get acknowledgement for our retuning custom, which would have been nice. The hotel & resort as a whole doesn't use English language very much. So much to explore in Bulgaria!
