  Friendly and comfortable, close to the Bazaar

  Stayed for one night on an escorted group tour of the Balkans. Hotel is situated close to the eastern end of the Bazaar on a main road, it is not close to the town centre sights. Very comfortable bright rooms with excellent en suite facilities (I was lucky to be in Room 301 which had an attractive sauna). Friendly staff and good breakfast. There is an elevator but the reception is up a flight of stairs from street level and the elevator does not serve the street level. Pleasant stay and recommended.

  Best hotel in Skopje 5 star

  Stayed one night at this hotel and i have to say it is one of the best hotels for customer service we have ever seen, staff and management were so helpful and always greeted you with a smile. cleanliness is 100%, room was so comfortable,extra large showers, breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing, never experienced this kind of service before not even in Santorini. Hotel is on the main street with plenty of shops and restaurants and is also close to the main bazar. Would highly recommend this hotel for any wanting to stay in Skopje

  Great Hospitality

  Rooms are small, but clean with basic amenities (no tea/coffee making). Walls are thin & we could hear people from the next room talk. Our room faced the main road, across the Bazaar, & was noisy in the night. Shops selling local products are close by. The Reception area is assessed by a long flight of stairs from the main road. We would have problems carrying our luggages up those stairs if staff did not assist. The hotel does not provide dinner services & had organised an external caterer for our dinner meals. It consisted of chicken soup, salad, dehydrated & heavily salted chicken burger & swiss roll - all very disappointing in quality & taste. Breakfast ws standard fare.

  No hot water, but nice!

  During our stay at this hotel there was no hot water all the time. On the first day in the morning we complained at the reception and they assured us that by evening the problem would be solved but it was not. All the time, there was no manager available, which was very unobtrusive and not professional. Even at the end of our stay, he was not there to apologize for the inconvenience caused or to be interested in how his guests were and why they were unhappy. Otherwise everything else was pretty good kind staff, clean room, parking space and tasty food!

  Yes but

  We visited Skopje with my partner on a Balkan road trip, and only stayed for one night. Accessibility is an issue, as the reception is on the first floor, without an elevator to the ground floor. Hotel is nice and clean, but the area is not. Location is good when it comes to walking around, close to the old bazaar and close enough to the Vardar river and the central square. But there are small shops everywhere, which means a lot of noise, a lot of traffic, a lot of smells. Staff is polite and helpful, speak good enough English! Breakfast was interesting, many local options, overall ok. Its good for its price but I think in a city thats developing now, there must be better options at the same price.
