  Rooms are way too small

  Very pretty and clean hotel. The rooms and bathrooms are way too small. No room to walk around the bed and no place to put your luggage. You cant even unpack because there is no room to put away your clothes except for a tiny closet with 2 hangers. There is no shelf in the bathroom to leave anything. Breakfast was ok. The price per night was very decent.

  Bad experience

  I visited this hotel and i can said I have a very bad experience with them the services delivered are very unprofessionals . I took a appointment online to visit the rooms and after confirmation by the manager of events one day before my flight she send me text that my booking is cancelled , I was thinking she kidding me . However I had the flight already booked and finally she sent me again message that she made a mistake and I can meet her , arrived there to meet the manger surprise she was not there someone welcomed explained me she is sick or however but I decided to dont go with them . This summer I stopped by there because I wanted to see if probably my first visit was a failure and I was received again very bad I presume summer and a lot of peoples but the truth is they are very unprofessional . I must say the truth of the other potential tourists because they dont need to be influenced by the new renovations because the services and quality is not relevant . Thanks

  Good hotel

  Plus: Excellent location, close to the beach, good breakfast, clean rooms, staff was ok. We did check-in at 11 although they mention 16, at no extra cost. Minus: Only thing I missed was a swimming pool.

  New Years Eve awesome party !

  I went there with my mum and dad , to celebrate the New Years Eve . We stayed in a suite , it was a very clean and comfortable place to go . The Aqua Restaurant was warmy and the atmosphere was excellent ! We experienced a very distinguished and fancy food ( mint sorbet , turkey , fish , juicy steakes ). The fireworks show was exceptional and we didnt have to go outside because we could watch the fireworks through the glassy roof ! The music was very stylish ! I really recommend this hotel and I hope to return there in the summer ! Eva Canacheu .

  Excellent!

  Short stay, but made us to plan the next trip here! All staff very friendly and attendive, extra care for hospitality, and perfectly clean! The hotel and restaurant looks amazing, very elegant and comfortable. The room has a great bed, and good amenities. Highly reccomended for families with kids, being placed so close to the beach, maybe less than 2 min walk, with lots of activities and special place for them to play. So...hats off for the management, great job! I can place it on top places to stay by the sea side, all requirements being met to be one.
