  Warm and welcome ski accommodation

  Friendly and cheerful staff, from the boss to the cleaning staff. Excellent, beautifully presented food at dinner. Amazing wine list catering for all tastes and budgets. Clean and attractive room although the shower room a little cramped. A little noisy at night (though it was around New Year) and a bit of a 'schlepp' from the centre of town/ lifts. All in all it deserves its 3 star rating and exceeds in places

  Friendly Hotel

  Hotel located 500metres from main ski slopes, but worth the walk. Friendly staff, good food, wine and clean and comfortable rooms. Would recommend this hotel for your ski break. The owner and staff are very welcoming and really makes you feel at home. Good English spoken.

  Great Time,Thank You!

  We often prefer family run hotels to the chains. This one was great for the deal we received. From the moment we were met from the coach to have our ski bags collected during a major snow storm to the return favour at the end of the week, the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. All was clean. Plenty of storage in the rooms. Good, plentiful food, great wine list, some interesting local beers and great staff. We certainly had a good laugh. Our ski hire was right near the slopes at the upper end of the village, but being able to securely store our gear there each night meant the 500m walk was in shoes not boots and was uncluttered! You have to ski to know this is luxury! There was a nice lounge area which we used sometimes as the snow during our week was excessive! The four of us had a great week, thank you!

  Good ski hotel

  Five minutes walk to the main ski lifts, ticket office, ski school etc. A couple of minutes less to the main shopping square. It is easy enough to do this in boots and carrying skis. However, there is also a free ski locker available in town. I left skis there, though I could not be bothered to change out of my boots until I got back to the hotel. There is a ski bus that costs 2 euros which stops at the hotel but you should not need to catch that. The hotel is clean. The food is good and the staff are all very nice. Everything seems to go downstairs from the reception at ground floor level. My room 66 was down one flight. It looked out onto the other side of the complex. On the right in the distance was the gondola. There is a safe in the room that I did not notice for a couple of days. There are blinds rather than curtains. These operate electrically via a switch on the wall. Again it took me a couple of days to work this out. TV with all Italian channels. Plentiful hot water for a shower after skiing. Down a further flight of stairs is the dining room, bar and lounge area. Food was good. Dinner choices made at breakfast. Dining room looks out onto the same views as my bedroom on the floor above. There are rooms above reception and across from it in the same complex. These did not seem to be part of the hotel though, possibly apartments in the same building. Good value, friendly hotel. I would use it again.

  Great holiday, many thanks

  Booked via Inghams. 4 adults. Hotel is well located. 10-15 minute stroll to ski hire shop, which is located on the main piste. Skis and boots left in ski locker at shop overnight. Dinner and breakfast were very good. Lounge and bar areas are great to relax in and play cards. Staff extremely helpful and accommodating. The rooms (58 & 59) were more than adequate in size and serviced every day. The hotel is very clean. Free WiFi worked fine. We have no hesitation in recommending this hotel based on our experience.
