The service is very goodOne of the young guy from the front desk was very helpful that it's closed to New Year Eve and my husband got serious tooth pain, that he tried to find the dental clinic that still open and closed to the hotel so that my husband could have emergency fix first.

Horrible horrible hotel! From the get-go, I've been so displeased about this hotel. From key-locked windows to burnt lampshades,to dusty room and a horrible bed and a broken shower head to a non usable aircon at night. It's plain horrible!

No wifi in roomCons It says that there's wifi, and there is, but only in the lobby. The lobby is a hallway with a check-in desk and two chairs. We were traveling internationally, so this was a major inconvenience. There are four breakfast options. What is shown in their picture options is much more than what they actually served us. For instance, one option shows half a fish with a few other things. When I chose this option, I received what amounted to about four bites of fish. The staff spoke very very limited English. To be fair, I don't speak Japanese. Pros They are close to the subway and plenty of stores and places to eat. It was clean and fairly quiet. If I went to Tokyo again, I would absolutely not stay here again.

Great location but no wifi in roomThis hotel just one minute walk from Exit C6 (West exit) of Ikebukuro Station is conveniently located, and deserves a five star for its location. Not too bad a place to stay (and reasonably priced) if you don't mind the following. It does not have wifi in room, you can get them at hotel lobby, but it is not stable, sometimes I can't even log in to the wifi. You can connect your lap top in room as there is cable provided, but the speed is really quite slow. Room is reasonably clean but bed and chair seem old, the mattress and cushion are sinking. Other than that, breakfast is decent with 4 choices available and free flow of drinks. Bathroom is a bit bigger than the usual business hotel standard, with a bigger bathhub.

Excellent Room and ServiceWe ended up here due to a Challenging reservation process and it was 2 am and Watanabe the Front desk gentleman was extremely helpful - 10 out of 10 The room Big for Japan and had a extremely comfortable king sized bed, and lots of space, The Breakfast was free with room and was fine, good coffee fresh food and service. I will Make this my hotel of choice in Tokyo from now on because of Excellent Service Good amenities- iron, hair needs, clean bright bathroom Comfortable bed and linens Quiet area very central to Metro line, Shinkansen, and a tonne of Shopping and amenities Enough room for large luggage on a longer term stay.
