AVOID AT ALL "1,500" COST !!!Having booked our holiday to Paris for Christmas back in June 2019, a lot of research and time went into this trip and it's surrounding venues, Truly I can't comment about the hotel nor facilities although it all looked very nice as we never made it there. BUT, having continually asked the hotel for there Christmas lunch menu which was delayed with every excuse possible and never materialised. We received an email the following day after the cut off date of the cancellation of any food being served at all and there wasn't a cancellation option now available to us. The hotel did recommended 4 places, all of which we contacted due to the lack of confidence withe this hotel, and were closed for Christmas!!?? No help there then at all. This hotel deliberately manipulated the situation to accommodate themselves, making every effort to advise parties past the calculation date to ensure they benefited financially of all our 1.500. There was now regret nor empathy for the stress and frustration they had caused with VERY little help or support in accommodating our special Christmas Holiday. As a hotel managers business ethics go, they should be ashamed of how they are permitted to continue serving the public yet alone still be advertising lunch on Christmas day. Not one to keep quiet, we contacted our agents "booking.com" I can not Express how helpful they were in seeing the situation that we were left in. It was confirmed that this hotel was breaching contract in still advertising lunch knowing full well there was none on that day. Our agent also could see our numerous communication with the hotel cashing a menu for months to no avail. We did finally get a cancellation confirmation with no charges incurred thanks to our perseverance, but with no apology nor regret of any kind knowing that this hotel had failed trying so hard to ruin our holiday, we were certainly not going to give them the satisfaction of our time nor money then or the near future. We did manage to find another hotel and lunch within the same location and continued our well deserved brake. Paris is a wonderful place to visit during this holiday season and we are looking to return trip next year. It's a shame that there are people in the hotel industry that will give there place of business and country such a bad reputation that will tarnish any future custom there, TripAdvisor offers some guidance and warnings of establishments that you should be aware of, withered it be good or bad. For us it was the latter with this hotel, after all that said we proved that nothing can stop you having a wonderful trip once you set your mind on it. Felix Sabbara

Epicureously
Typically ParisianPretty much standard for a boutique hotel in Paris. Rooms on the small size but nicely decorated. Bathroom was well appointed. Nice towels and comfy bed. As usual next to no draws or gaming space. Great location for exploring. Bar is a big of s strange place. Staff a bit dopey.

Pretty maybe, but management stole $3,000 from me. Be warned! This hotel stole over $3,000 from me during the chaos of the inital COVID lockdowns. I made a reservation on-line in March the day before Macron announced a lock-down in Paris, I then canceled on learning of that lock-down, literally within 24 hours of making the original reservation. The hotel took my money and wouldn't give it back, nor, unbelievably, would they give me a credit or voucher for a future stay. In my world, that is called stealing. AMEX was of no help whatsoever in disputing the charge. Don't trust the management of this hotel. Decor maybe pretty, but management's behavior is ugly.

Nursel pickettExcellent staff, great service. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I geniunely enjoyed my stay in this hotel. We arranged a surprised baby shower in our room. Receptionists and other employees helped us to make it perfect and a memorable one. The duplex room was also beautiful. The location was perfect, close to many shops. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
