  Very pleasant place to stay

  The only down side was the small room. After many years of Patrol Boat service I adapted well. Not quite so easy for my wife. Still a very comfortable place with everything you need. There is a 7-11 on the ground floor. Staff are both professional and friendly plus have good English. The food is great and included breakfast had a home cooked feel about it. More a fusion of Japanese and western. Most nights there is free curry and rice available. Yum. The coffee is free from the machine. Having the station and a shopping Centre next door is a bonus. If I'm back in Hamamatsu I will certainly stay again.

  Good location but not so good experience

  So I booked this hotel for 1 week in sept- October 2018. On my first day - typhoon hit Hamamatsu. The lights of the hotel went off , no wifi , no AC. I was afraid like hell. Went out to see elevators were out of order. Evacuation route were open and the entire hotel staff ran away. It was hell of a night. However I tried to stay in my room and keep calm. Next day I woke up, went for my work. I came back and was told that some problems are there with the hotel. There was only 1 hotel which didnt had backup and that was sorriso. So I was asked to change the hotel for next 2 days and then come back to this hotel. It was a tiresome experience for me. I had to change 3 hotels that week.

  Great location, a bit tired inside

  We stayed two nights as we have friends who live locally. Its right by the station and breakfast is included which makes it good value for money. The rooms are very small but comfortable enough. One odd thing is that the bathroom shower and sink tap are one tap and there is quite a step up into the bathroom - about 6 inches or so. The staff spoke limited English but were very helpful about where to find good food - and it was a great recommendation.

  Very nice hotel

  The hotel was a gem just a 1- minute walk from JR station. Very spacious room size with a user friendly bathroom. Tasty breakfast was another bonus. Highly recommend. There is a historic unagi restaurant just 30 steps away. Must try.

  Great location, modern but small room

  Good location, just steps from Hamamatsu train station. The room was modern and very clean. However, the room and bathroom were both very small. The bed was pushed against the wall, so not very convenient for one of us. The hotel was fine for our one-night stay.
