  great service - the hotel people try to be really hospitable and obliging. the hotel itself and its gardens might need some refurbishing, but our room in the "schlössl" was perfect, and the morning swim in the pool was refreshing. perfect for tackling the bike routes and ski slopes of the area.

  Very nice hotel by the lake and Mountain View

  I have arrived here right on my birthday, after checked in and had a short rest we went down to the restaurant to have dinner. There were a small bottle of champagne with orange juice, candle and greeting card for my birthday. It was really nice. The food was delicious especially the dinner main course. We have booked the room included breakfast with dinner for my family, beside that they do serve afternoon coffee and tea with nice cakes and coffee and tea... valuable for the price, convenient when you go with family so you dont have to find the place to eat ...nice pool, lake and sightseeing.... Rooms are nice, staff is friendly and helpful. We look forward to coming back. Thank you to the team. Sam Nguyen

  This was th closest Hotel I could find to the MOTOGP race in Spielberg this is why we booked here it is nice clean family run hotel with great bar maid!! The breakfast was very good as was the restaurant for dinner. Our really only complaint was this Hotel does not have air conditioning :( and it was 34c both day but at least it cooled off in the evening. Parking was FREE and convenient but no elevator to the second floor :( We would stay again if the rooms had AC Beautiful view of the lake and surrounding countryside

  Nice position near lake, near ski area

  Friendly place Friendly staff,clean and comfort. Excellent for families with children. Situated on very nice place with wanderfull wiev on the Osiacher see. Very close to starting point of Gerlitzen ski area.

  Perfect stay

  Our stay was for 4 days, we were fully satisfied with all the service - room was large, very clean and nice. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. Hotel is near the lake, so there is a beautiful view, ski area is near by, large and nice too. The parking at the ski area is free. The food was very tasty, large variability (only in the morning a little bit more vegetables would not be bad, on the other hand, there was enough fresh fruits, juices and other kind of food.) You choose from the menu for the dinner, the offer includes the typical Austrian meals, which we happily tried and were very tasty! We are looking forward coming here again, thanks all the people there!
