  Good icecream!!

  Me and my friend had good italian icecream!! The hotel that also services icecream isn't the easiest One to spot bit If you pass it going down the main road through limone down towards the bay you'll see it on your right!! Get an icecream.

  Absolutely terrible from start to finish

  This place was so disappointing and its no surprise its one of the worst rated hotels in Limone. Genuinely some of the worst service weve ever received anywhere in the world. This hotel bills itself as a 4-Star and we thought after arriving late and booking last minute due to a delayed flight wed be in good hands. We couldnt have been more wrong - it took us over an hour to check in. The rooms are very, very basic, with no proper amenities provided (1 bar of chalky soap, and several sachets of top quality hotel shampoo - we giggled at how silly it was). The worst part was that the bathroom door is glass with some frosting over parts of it so you can see right through, zero privacy! The air conditioning lowest temperature setting was 23C and it rattled...and rattled...all night long. That coupled with the uncomfortable beds made for the worst sleep Ive had in a hotel. Breakfast was dismal and we were again greeted by rude staff. The only saving grace for this hotel is its view over the lake if youre in a room that faces it - but there are countless other better places in Limone to choose from with a view as well. Our experience may have been acceptable had we paid 50-75 Euros, but for almost 200 Euros it was absolutely shocking. Avoid this place at all costs.

  Quick lunch

  Stopped for a quick lunch not expecting much other than pizza but what a find! The pasta is delicious. I had cannelloni (spinach and ricotta) which is quite possibly the best Ive ever had!! The spaghetti sogno was also delicious as was the pizza. Apple strudel and coffee All with amazing views what more could you ask for.

  Did not rate Hotel 4 stars - Staff Friendly but food very disappointing!

  Hotel accommodation was clean and adequate. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, however we were extremely disappointed with the standard of the food especially for a four star hotel. Hygiene was somewhat lacking as some food did not appear to be covered leaving a tasty meal for the flies and on occasions the local sparrows were able to peck at the bread intended for breakfast. Chef had obviously opened a lot of tins!! and the food was very uninspiring and tasteless. We had paid for half board but didn't eat much of the food. However the pizza restaurant (outside) where we had a pizza when we arrived was nice. Limone is a lovely location.

  Lunch was awful

  We stopped here for lunch, my husband had a pizza which was just okay, I had a classic bruschetta which turned out to be a piece of toasted bread topped with a few chopped tomatoes and a bit of dried oregano. Very disappointing and not cheap. The waiter was also very impersonal. Would not recommend for a lunch stop.
