  A little dissapointed

  The hotel is a 4 stars and the rooms are nice and big(has not all the facility of 4 stat but is ok) However the restaurant has 3 stars,we had all inclusiv but where was no variety off food(it was ok at taste) In the last day many person from our grup has problem with stomac from food

  Horrible

  A short summary... We wanted to have some nice days at the golden beach and met very unfriendly staff (catastrophic). Moreover, the food was very bad and the rooms dirty. We would never book this hotel again!!!!!

  Sofia hotel Varna Bulgaria - Disgraceful

  Absolutely terrible food, the staff are rude and unhelpful. No clean sheets or towels for a week !! This hotel is Not 4 star at all !! I am totally disgusted. We Will definitely not be returning here.

  All inclusive

  Food and drinks package was terrible, the only good things were the room a d the pool. Clean and big double room with really good bathroom and clean and nice pool. Restaurant quite old fashion, definitely need renovation

  Horrible! Avoid this place

  + food was good - room was never cleaned in 3 days, sheets never changed, carpet was dirty, dead bugs everywhere, bathroom was also dirty, having a small shower cabin, - definetly not a 4 stars hotel - the tv was not working even when I told them to fix it, for 3 times they change batteries but with no luck - on the beach bar besides cola, fanta and mineral water you can only drink draft beer in a max 100ml plastic glass (no beet bottled or anything else) and you cannot take more than 2 glasses / person at a time, on this all inclusive 4 stars hotel :) - the sofia hotel sunbeds are all taken when we arrived at the beach, at 8:30 AM - at the hotel reception you cannot pay with Revolut card and the receptionists and their manager are all behaving weired with us. - was a awful experience and we will never come back to this hotel Some pictures below of the hotel corridor:
