  Poor services from lady staff she did not have service mind and very rude shouting to guest

  we found one bad lady staff , we were thirty from travelling then we need just drink water but she spoke loudly to refuse drinking and chided guest to the room first then allow to go down again for drinking water that really not make sense .

  Everything was perfect except for some noisy travelers.

  Staffs were very friendly and public bath room was spacious. Besides, this hotel was very clean and it was easy to access public transportation(just 1 minute on foot). However, some travellers were 'extremely' noisy and their noise made me get up at 2:00 a.m. They don't care others' room. Even some of their children shouted every 5 minutes on the hall. Also, one of them made noisy even in public bath, but their parents didn't take care of it. Also, they fully opened the entrance door for the public dress room in public bath room. I had to stop hair drying and close the entrance door myself although I did not open it because the room was very private for women only. Everything involved in these noisy people were unexpectedly stressful. This was my first time not to sleep well during my every single night there. This hotel should 100% perfectly control this kind of noisy travelers to keep their hotel level and made their rooms or their floors separated from other nationalities if needed. If not, it would not be easy to decide to stay there againnor recommend this hotel to others.

  Small Rooms

  Very compact rooms. Barely enough room to open a suitcase. Clean. Very helpful staff. Close to JR train and Subway. Walking distance to Aeon Shopping Mall. Short taxi ride to Dotombori. Good buffet breakfast with a mix of Western and Japanese food. Spa room available for men and women.

  Small Room - Uncomfortable

  We stayed at this Hotel as part of a Trip a Deal trip. Whilst the Hotel staff are delightful and extremely helpful the rooms are a disappointment. Very small, NO wardrobe, no where upon which to place your luggage (has to remain on the floor and placed back on the bed to get easy access to your belongings). This is extremely difficult if you have back problems and find it hard to continually lift luggage. On a positive note, it is well located near rail station and many small food restaurants which provide a wide variety of cuisine. There are local 7/11, Family Mart stores close by also. Breakfast at the Hotel is a great way to start the day - very fresh and a good variety of choice. If you only wish a one night stay then the "wardrobe inconvenience" is tolerable, but if you are looking for a longer stay then it would be suggested you seek other accommodation.

  Osaka Delight

  Delightful hotel located near Osaka Dome. Very clean, great breakfast. Caters for everyones dietary needs. Food was freshly prepared on site by skilled chefs. Very generous buffet. Hotel also has its own hot baths. Great location only a few hundred metres from Osaka Dome and 2 kilometres to Namba shopping district. Train station next door takes you directly to Itami airport. Front of house staff speak a number of languages and were very friendly and helpful. Interesting area in itself with plenty of interesting restaurants and bars. Out go to hotel in Osaka.
