  Todo perfecto.

  Sólo pasamos una noche, pero en general, todos los aspectos del hotel/residencial son excelentes. 1) está al lado del harbour, a tan solo unos metros (600, aprox) 2) su propietaria es una señora adorable y encantadora, que te recibe con cariño. Gracias por tu amabilidad. 3) hay wifi en todas partes 4) el desayuno es excelente. Pan de varias clases, mantequilla, fiambre, queso, zumo, café (el café estaba un poco malo, lo siento) y agua mineral 5) habitación con cama amplia y colchón cómodo. Sábanas limpias, toallas en abundancia, limpias y suaves. Tv en habitación. Armario y mesillas de noche con cajones. Ventana amplia. 6) baño dentro de la habitación con agua con muchísima presión y caliente. Todo un gustazo. Aconsejo encarecidamente este hotel. Estándares muy elevados y atención excelente. Pedimos hacer el checkout un poco más tarde y no hubo problema. Gracias.

  Unimpressive

  The hotel is located next to busy streets and the marina, which is being renovated. Add to that hallways that reverberate every time someone walks by and you'll be hard pressed to get any sleep. Breakfast was minimal.

  Little pension by the harbor, but not very charming

  Little pension in the corner of the harbor. Central in Velas. It is quite cold inside,if you travel early in the year. There is no heater and the bed are quite small and not very comfortable. The breakfast are quite simple, with very few choice and the bread was not fresh.

  Small quiet hotel

  This is a quiet, simple hotel, that had everything we needed. Our room was small, and overlooked the harbour. In the evening we could hear the birds in the harbour. The bed was comfortable, but the furniture was a little dated. The bathroom was very modern and everything worked well. Everything was clean. To enter our room, we had to go down a long hallway that often felt very dark after being in bright sunshine, even though it was reasonably well lit. The outdoor pool was a little chilly (it was late September) but some of our group did enjoy a refreshing dip. For some reason, they emptied and refilled the pool twice over the 3 days we were there. We enjoyed sitting by the pool and enjoying a beer. Breakfasts had good variety and plenty of food available. The hotel is centrally located, just a few blocks from several restaurants, and the neighbourhood felt safe even at night.

  Smells of mildew

  Stayed 2 nights for a group outing and the instant I opened my room it smelled of mildew. Tiny outdated rooms. When I requested more toilet paper at the front desk on the second day. I basically got grilled why I needed another toilet paper roll. Shampoo and soap were not replenished on day 2 so again had to ask and got another eye roll
