    Average quality, very minimum amount of effort put into services

    Hereafter our review (written by my boyfriend and I, a young couple around 25-30 yo). We are listing the good and bad aspects of this hotel. There are obviously more negative points than good ones, as the hotel doesn't have a correct customer service and is poorly and badly managed. Drawbacks : - super rude and angry staff: not collaborative at all, doesn't want to help when we asked for info, no sign of friendliness. They look down on young couples and on foreigners in general, you have to speak Bulgarian to be treated as equals. We had a complaint that they transmitted to the manager and we never had news about it. They always show this feeling of being bothered by our requests and questions, just as if it was none of their business to answer them and to give a hand. We would eventually drop every single contact with the pissed-off staff and seek routes by ourselves, whenever we wanted to go somewhere. - matrimonial beds don't exist, what is this?? we had to stick 2 beds with towels in between which resulted in back pain and no comfort - pillows are tremendously horrible for the neck - no soap, little toilet paper... they are skinflints that don't want to give some soap for free, we almost had to beg them even though we stayed for 10 DAYS. you cannot have more than 2 glasses in the room and there is no toothbrush support in the bathroom. You have to spy on the cleaning lady for catching the moment to ask for extra toilet paper. it's supplied only initially - same thing for bed linens and towels: need to bargain with the reception to obtain a free change. no towel for the shower exiting, you have to use the hand towels that are provided (only 2 in our case) - pressure of water is uncontrollable: it spits on you every time you turn it on - I am lactose intolerant and vegetarian friendly: although we warned upon our arrival about my intolerance, they didn't provide us with soy milk or another type that we had to eventually buy. Same for food, no vegetarian alternative is proposed, imagine if you're vegan ! it would be your worst nightmare. Globally, the food range is quite poor. - they were afraid of us stealing cutlery, therefore not possible to bring the tea mugs upstairs in your room to sip it in peace. you have to pay each single thing you take or break, they are incredibly tightfisted. - no laundry service and they absolutely DID NOT have the initiative to help us in finding one. we had to ask and insist, then investigate by ourselves - music is loud during pool hours - hard to read a book - hotel supermarket is ridiculously small with expensive food - access to the hotel is annoying: you either have to make a detour or slalom around cars that are parked right in front of the stairs leading to the entrance - no free coffee machine or tea boilers - pool is small, shared with the facing hotel, therefore no spots to find in the morning, people rush into them like animals. You also have to wear a plastic bracelet 24/7 which is super annoying and ugly. Not enough tables by the pool. - poor choice of drinks at the bar nearby the pool - waiters flirt a lot with sublime young ladies like me, which made me feel uncomfortable - dinner buffet is not very good and there is not a lot of choice of fresh food - no lockers in the room, not possible to store your valuables elsewhere than at the reception. - not possible to dry your clothes outside, unless you want to leave them on the edge of the balcony and have them fly away at every wind breeze. they should provide small clothespins to make sure you don't risk losing your stuff - light-bulbs are horrible: only neon that kill your eyes - no manicure or pedicure service, only massage - bad WiFi connection, skipping network and not found internet pages were appearing many times when browsing Good points: - our room was very nice, facing big trees with less loud music, and with a nice natural light - AC worked well, nice balcony with sunset view - good smell in the room - the bossy lady at the reception is the only valuable worker there. The most kind woman we met was the cleaning lady: review your prejudices ! (she only spoke Bulgarian btw) - hotel supermarket opened until 12PM - close to the beach (50m)

    One of worst hotel where I have been

    We stay in Slavyanski for a week. Its not very clean. Bed sheets and towels were not changed at any point during our stay. Cleaning means only: to take out trash. Bathroom is awful, there is water everyvery after taking a shower. No foot towels. We have superior room, its big enough, but standart room is very small. Breakfest very poor. Dont be late , because in 10 they will take away everything. There is policy, dont bring out food from restourant, I saw, how waiters try to catch old man, who took one piece of bred with him. Only one good thing is location. Near to sea, near promenade, not far from center. Girls in reception was polite. I recomend to choose another hotel.

    So if you want a Basic, worndown and cheap hotel, slavyanski is the Best choise. We had a two bedroom accomodation at 9th floor. Wery noisy on some evenings, everything was a little bit old and shabby. Mattress was broken on the sides. Aircondition didnt work properly. Elevators was old and 4 diffrent Elevators witch didnt funktion correctly everytime. And 2 Elevators went diffrent floors. Wery unusual. Hotel had a lot of russian people staying there. I think because, this was sutch a cheap hotel. Breakfast was bad and very Basic things there. Very english Breakfast. It was like on wild wild west. Rude and arrogant staff, people stealing food and showing eachother. No Basic knowledge in witch temperature to store diffrent foods. For ex. Cheese and ham in room temperature on the table... If you want your Breakfast warm and cups full, then go right at 7.30 when it starts. Only good thing that it was so close to the beach and the beach Road where all the little botiques were.

    Great experience

    I had great experience from my first vacation in this hotel. Great service from the hotel stuff, very fast accommodation by Stanislava Deyanova and ensuring promised room with great view and high floor, appreciate your professional approach. Clean rooms with great view directly to the sea. Very good and delicious breakfast. See you next summer

    The best hotel in sunny beach

    They staff go above and beyond its like going to a second home.. u couldnt find a better hotel hotel in sunny beach, tobh I think the manager need to pay them loads for the service they give and are brilliant
