  Great Hotel Staff

  the hotel was very clean and the staff very helpful and always had a smile it makes you feel welcome and that they appreciate your business from the front desk, the bartenders, and the house keeping were all top notch

  Good hotel has gotten even better!

  I stayed here (and reviewed it for TripAdvisor) four years ago and gave it four stars. Happy to say that now, as part of the Hilton's new "Tapestry" boutique brand, a very good hotel has really become great. The property itself is still terrific, new but built on the bones of an historic synagogue, but the amenities have improved (a lovely breakfast buffet, great wifi) but what makes it great is the incredibly accommodating and helpful staff. I stayed there on a big basketball weekend for SU, but I was there to teach a course, not attend the game, and the staff bent over backwards to make sure I had a quiet room and a good experience. Unlike the nearby Sheraton, the atmosphere is intimate and chill, not like a tailgate party. I had a spacious room in the corner with a high ceiling and I rarely heard another sound! Everyone I encountered was friendly, helpful, and genuinely nice. Special shoutouts to Annika, Amy, Bonnie, and the nicest shuttle drivers you'll every meet, Bruce ("from the 'Cuse," as he says) and Aaron. It made a good weekend just great and I can highly recommend it for business or pleasure!

  Amazing

  Best hotel in a long time that I have stayed at. Rooms were clean, staff was amazing, breakfast was to die for, and perfect location to Syracuse university. Cant wait to come back with my family. Wonderful

  Second longer stay gets even better!

  Stayed here one night back in July and loved this hotel. Decided to give it a longer go and we are so happy we did. Super clean hotel and rooms. Well laid out and very comfortable. Staff were all fantastic and helpful and always happy! The location is perfect. Right on the edge of the university so lots of activity in the area. Downtown is very close and 6 minutes to the awesome Destiny Mall. Will definitely stay here again and very highly recommend to anyone traveling to Syracuse especially if you have business at the university or downtown.

  Great place to stay

  We went up for an overnight stay and found this hotel during the pandemic. The staff was more than friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, hand sanitizers all over. High ceilings added to the classic yet modern feel of this hotel. Close to the hospital and area restaurants. Would recommend this hotel.
