Spic & SpanBest part about the hotel Its very clean and close to the bus terminus .Hotel food is quite good specially the breakfast served with delicious South Indian delicacies . The Part about the hotel is the room service .One needs real good patience As did take very long to serve .Also may serve wrong like tea inside of coffee , staffing issues I Guess .Overall a short good two days stay on the visit to Tirumala Temple.

Excellent HotelI stayed so many times. Each and every time I stayed here minimum 2-3 days. In Tirupati this the BEST hotel to all. I like this hotel too much. It is near to Railway Station and Bus Station also. Food also very tasty. Tariff also in budget. So I prefer this hotel to all. All of you no need to enquire about this hotel, just book this hotel and stay here and enjoy.

No Value for MoneyI visited with my Family in the month of May 2019 and stayed there for One Night and was pleased i didnt extend my stay because it was one of the worst experiences i have had of staying in hotels. To Start with they charge you more than 3.5K per night and frankly their rooms are smaller than Dormitory. and guess what they even charge you for drinking water it means i practically paid 3.5 for only staying in this dormitory. i have travelled a lot within and outside India and never came across any hotel who charged for water if a guest is staying. But the guy at the billing just kept saying its their hotel policy. Secondly their restaurant is highly overated, food is ok but too pricy. You can get better quality at much lesser price in the same vicnity. For our dinner went to their restaurant and ordered a thali but they said they dont serve thali. So i ordered soemthing from their menu which took ages to come because they hardly get any guests so i am guessing even the staff was not prepared. Few minutes passed and i saw him serving 6 thalis to next table, when i enquired why he he lied to me about not serving thalis....he said that the next table people have booked from IRCTC so they had to give those people thali. Since i had already ordered my food thats why i didnt cancel it. But this brings to another conclusion that they loot customers who dont do pre booking of food. i got looted and hence sharing this experience so that others can be careful. Thanks, Raj

ELEGANT AND RETAINING THE OLD WORLD CHARMThis hotel though old looks elegant and still retains the old world charm. The interiors of the rooms are tastefully decorated. Flawless bed linen, elaborate furnishings, clean and well maintained bathroom with excellent sanitary fittings make stay enjoyable. This is one hotel where the centralised A.C was comfortable without any noise and hot water was available for bathing at all times. The buffet breakfast was quite okay. The front office manager Mr Madhu was very considerate. The staff were okay, though the room service could have been a bit faster. Besides electric kettle, if they had provided coffee powder, milk powder etc, it would have been wonderful. The reception staff were quite courteous. Very near to bus terminus, railway station, Govindaraja swami temple, the location of the hotel is also excellent. Looking forward to stay here in my subsequent trips to Tirupati. V.Srinivasan
