  Excellent room for last minute booking

  We didn't manage to get any rooms availability online for 7 pax on 26th Dec due to the peak season.We went to this hotel randomly and managed to get a family room. 3rooms with 1 living room n dinning hall all connected. The place was clean and beautiful. The pictures uploaded and displayed did not do any justice. Room service were good and reliable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who would like to visit ooty. No lift facilities but thank god our room was just on the second level. Purchase of items like gifts are abit costly but it's worth the stay.

  Nice Hotel

  Hotel is nice for staying but the non veg restaurant is not that good in terms of food quality and taste. But we loved the veg restaurant. Veg food is good both taste and quality wise. Room service is also good. Hotel rooms are clean and comfortable.

  Average Hotel

  Location of Hotel is very good and visible to distance because it is established in some height. Market place is nearby and many good restaurants as well. We selected rooms, after reaching to Ooty. Those were connected rooms, more like an 3 BHK apartment. TV in drawing room was not working. Rooms were good in terms of its cleaning and space. However bedding was quite old. Staff are also good and polite. Service of the hotel was good and prompt reply when you wants. Breakfast was basic South Indian one. Overall a mid budget hotel from Ooty's standard.

  Our stay at Silver Oak

  We were on a family holiday to Ooty ans stayed at Silver Oak. The hotel is good, clean and well maintained. The staffs are co-operative and well mannered. The food at the hotel restaurant is good and we enjoyed the veg breakfasts in the morning. Overall the facility is decent and I recommend the travelers to Ooty to stay at this hotel.

  Prime Location

  The location of the hotel is pretty good. It is beside the rose garden. The first room that they had given to us was on the first floor. The room had a good view but the problem was the bed was broken so eventually we had to get a different room which did not have a good view and even the bathroom head bad plumbing. There is no lift. Their restaurant is pretty expensive. It's a decent hotel but overpriced.
