  Mala calidad-precio

  Hotel antigüo. Necesita una buena reforma. Sobre todo los baños donde hay hormigas y no están suficientemente limpios. Alejado del centro, 10 minutos andando. Para el precio que cobran, excesivamente caro por lo que ofrecen en comparación con otros alojamientos de la ciudad

  Creepy dirty experience!

  I usually DO NOT gv any hotel any remarks like this but it has caused phobia in me! Drove 8 hours to this place and I almost fainted when I opened the door of this room which I stayed! Musky!, smelly, the carpets were disgusting and wet, dusty! The towel they give was used! So smelly! The smell of poop! Please close down this hotel as it didnt bring even 1% of comfort! Its not about the money but please its just unexplainable! I saw some budget hotels nearby with good pics and review but wanted to support this hotel but Im really traumatised! The only one good thing is the front desk lady was nice and pity her she was working all day alone! But she was really polite and nice! But not the hotel. Couldnt sleep the whole night and woke up earlier and ran to my next destination. I had my whole body itching after lying on the bed! Please do something about this hotel. To be honest my students hostel before this was way more better than the rooms here. If you think this is exaggerating, please come and experience your self. Sorry but its really bad and dirty. PleAse improve! Probably its acceptable to the locals but I would never recommend it to anyone. And this is not my first time have stayed before in other locations with seri malaysia but seems like everywhere is the same.Not sure whats hindering but I hope you will really refurbish!

  Do not stay so gross

  All the reviews on line half to be fake, room was filthy, stained or dirty pillow cases, peoples hair not ours, beds were uncomfortable and blankets are from 1970. No Wi-Fi in the room only in lobby and tv barely worked not to mention the dust and dirt behind the tv and on the lamp shades. You could see peoples foot prints on the floor and the towels were also discolored.

  A short visit to Mersing

  We chose to stay here because of the location. It was a one night stay. They have ample parking space, and good view of the sea. The staffs were nice, friendly and helpful. They provide breakfast. Nothing fancy but enough. The aircond and the water heater works, which was a huge relief. If you are looking for a luxurious and a cozy stay, this is definitely NOT for you. Enough said.

  Good bargain

  We stayed one night before our trip to Tioman. Weve been to other Sri Malaysia Hotel before so we kind of know what to expect. Do note that this hotel is not for a fussy traveler. Old hotel but the room is spacious. Stayed in family room and the rates comes with free breakfast. Varieties from western to malaysian cuisine. Staff was very kind to allow us to check in at 11am. We got a room with pool view and its also facing the sea. Swimming pool, cafe and sorrounding areas clean though might use some refurbishment. For the price we pay, I think this hotel is a good bargain. Location wise, very near to almost everything especially Mersing Jetty. Theres plenty of Malay hawkers next to the hotel if youre looking for options.
