  No merece la pena

  Son muchos los porque?, creo que lo único bueno del hotel, es la predispocicion de los empleados, el resto..., NADA, sucio, avejentado, Wifi de pago y muy lento, quizás, algo del desayuno, pero nada mas

  Value for money

  Checked-in without hasstle. Spacious room. Swimming pool is nice. Parking is very covenient. Shopping and eating place are just nearby. If the building is refurbished then it would be such a great hotel.

  Very dated, old. Need urgent renovation.

  This hotel is one of the largest in town. Large parking areas. Plenty of rooms. But long overdue for renovation, rooms re-decorations, carpets are worn our, smelly. Not too 'SELESA'. Need to improve to maintain as popular hotel in town.

  Cheap stay

  Hotel is run down and need a major refurb. Cheap enough to stay but there are other budget hotels nearby. Have to drive out to enjoy food, if you're an avid fan of bowling there is one within walking distance.

  Just OK

  The advantage of the hotel is the location that is closer to all the industries around Pasir Gudang area. The hotel is rather old with all furniture. The person who took my checking in was not very friendly, no smile, no greetings. A few were just standing at the reception counter, all busy talking. The room that I was given has enough space, but all the furniture plus, tv have seen better days. Bedsheet a bit yellowish, 2 small pillows, bathroom facilities are basic with not enough lightings. Water keeps on coming out of the connecting pipes near the toilet bowl after flushing, so the whole bathroom area was wet. There is no kettle provided, no coffee and tea facilities. Morning breakfast was also just basic, nasi lemak, fried mee hoon, coffee, and tea and probably cordial juice. Waitress, there are also not friendly. Something about this hotel that their personnel is stingy in smiling. Only the person who took my bag to the room was smiling and friendly. If I have to attend a meeting at Pasir Gudang again, I won't be staying in this hotel.
