  Nice vacation

  We had a 5 day vacation in this hotel. The services are good. We had all-inclusive and we had beer, wine, juices at discretion. The food was also good, especially the soups. The room was cleaned every day. The pool is very nice. It's the only hotel in Saturn worth staying.

  Not worth it at all

  The hotel staff is not very friendly and the facilities are like 3 stars, always running out of dishes in the restaurant, the cookies are like rocks, I haven't seen any bananas or oranges not to mention other exotic fruits specific to a 5-star hotel, just plums, the restaurant is warm like sauna and although we asked for air conditioned my request was ignored, the hotel has no private beach, the room is full of mosquitoes and spiders, no nets on the door of the balcony, drinks from the minibar in the room are not included in the all inclusive package, offer drinks all inclusive from the terrace and the restaurant is beneath criticism, apart from juice Tymbark and timisoreana beer there nothing else to drink, if you ask for a glass of water at room temperature they often excuse themselves for not having any and then you'd rather drink directly from the sea, and oh, about the sea it's dirty and full of packages, cigarette butts , glasses, paper, plastic bottles, beer cans, the bathroom door does not close, TVs are like in the days of my grandmother, coffee is a luxury out of dining hours all inclusive, I paid extra parking, if you complain you are being mocked and considered a fool. So even if I do not remember all the minuses, I wonder how this hotel got 5 stars. PS resort is a slum full of "manele" everywhere, is miserable and expensive. PPS some good thoughts to some of the guys in the restaurant from serving and for the reception ladies who know how to smile and are struggling somewhat to make your vacation enjoyable. It's the last holiday in Romania.

  Avoid at all costs

  We (family of 4) tried to reserve a room on their website, but could not find any option to add two children (you could, however, add one child, age 1 or 2). I called the hotel and they said to just book a room and write an email to the front desk to let them know I am coming with two kids, which I did. I got no reply back, and when we arrived at the hotel, they informed us we need to pay an extra charge of $80 a night for the children. They did not acknowledge any phone conversation or any email received from me. This is very unprofessional coming from a so called 5 star hotel. We ended up staying at a nearby 3 star which, at least from outside, looked just the same.

  Not 5* at all.

  This is not a 5* hotel at all. Most likely at its grand opening it.could have been a 4*. The bad: We booked a deluxe double room (with a view.towards the pool,but got a standard one. They have the weirdest checkin hours(1418) There were evenings when there was no hot water( I guess its normal for a 5 * hotel) The staff is not really friendly or helpful. They seem tired all the time and really annoyed u are there. The air conditioning was almost broken, missing pieces. Really overpriced The good: Decent 3* hotel Decent rooms Clean Good breakfast (open bar / buffet)

  Fabulous stay

  Stayed here for two nights as part of a tour of the Romanian coast. Spacious room and great pool. The breakfast was great however it was not easy to find a table as the hotel was very busy. Reception staff were helpful and parking secure.
