  Hotel remodelado las habitaciones son amplias y bien cuidadas el personal atento y muy servicial , faltan servicios a su alrededor y ciertas obras en el hotel , el buffet tiene calidad pero le falta variedad ,pero es una gran opción

  Perfect stay in Montenegro!

  Excellent service and low prices. Happy to meet very nice hotel service,very kindly and profesional.absolutely coming again to stay here and to in enjoy nice food, stay and sea. Very comfortable for big groups.

  Not a 4 star hotel

  We went on a 10 day vacation with my boyfriend and his family. The rooms were pretty and the beds super super super soft. The shower had a little leek but nothing major. The balcony is also nice. We had a view of the road and partly of the ocean. It's nice that you can hear live music at night if you have the balcony door open. But there was a boy singing (horribly) the first few words of a song over and over and over and over again. There was also live music in the lounge every night and it was greeeat. The roomkeeper didn't clean our floor once in our 10 day stay, so I cleaned them, every day after i showered, myself with a used towel. The floor of our balcony was also never cleaned and neither was the table on the balcony. I read in a book that was in our room, that our sheets were supposed to be changed ever 3 days but that didn't happen 1. in 10 days. The shower in my sisters room was just wrong on so many levels. It was in a corner in had a 20cm of glass on every side but nothing in the middle so the water was all over the bathroom floor. (This kind of shower usually has a door or at least a curtain). Otherwise no complaints (always got fresh towels and the bed was nicely made). The receptionists were very kind. The waiters in the lounge (and im not exaggerating) did not remember a single order. Or forgot what we ordered (I would tolerate it if it was crowded but it wasn't). He took a decade to bring it. (And i was not in a hurry but too much is just too much) My boyfriends father ordered a long black coffe every time and every time he got a coffe with milk. EVERY TIME. and that wasn't the only order he brought wrong. It's great that the hotel provides a private beach because the other ones are too crowded and there is trash everywhere. Our lifeguards were super nice. The eggs at breakfast were always cold or undercooked and the salami they served was old. There was always undercooked rice and undercooked spaghetti or other undercooked food for dinner. Kind of sad that you have to eat waterlemon or pizza or bread with jam or cereal all the time, because the cooked food isn't edible. When we came to breakfast/dinner it was hard do find a clean table and if we did we had to go find the cutlery ourselfs. (The staff was there but they didn't see anything that had to be done, there was only 1girl that worked for all 4people) Taking about a 4star hotel? I would have no complaints if it was a 2 or 3 star hotel because i would have expected all of that. But i payed for a 4star experience and I did not get it.

  Wonderful and lively

  I've spent a week here with my family, and we were highly satisfied during our stay. Even the hotel and its beach was amazing on a very nice seaside!! The rooms are new, organised and clean. The restaurant offers a quite wide range of food - my sister with her family follows a paleo diet, and I'm a vegetarian, still, was always easy to fill our plates. The Lounge and the Sky Bar are both stylish, and downstairs there is live music everyday. The city is usually very awake until 01:00. I would like to thank all the staff members, especially the girls at the reception desk - they were always super kind and extremely helpful, no matter what kind of issue came across -, Angela who works everyday (and night) and the waitress (black hair in a braided ponytail) who was working this evening (4th of August) and served us coffees - loved her English! Very nice team, pleasant stay!

  Nice sea view and a large room

  A nice corner room on the top floor so both city and sea views from the balcony. Room was nice and large, with a comfortable bed and a smallish bathroom. Breakfast had plenty of choice but was not really to my taste. Restaurant was OK but a bit canteen-ish. Receptionists were either very pleasant or quite scary. Location is fine: a very short walk to the sea front/beach. Parking is 7 euros per night: probably required in the middle of summer but not in October so park outside.
