  The place is in shambles, very very bad experience.

  We stayed in Karachi for a day because of missing a connecting flight. The hotel reviews and pictures available on line are very misleading. Sarawan hotel is located in a very very busy area. Road in-front is reduced to a small road because of badly parked cars, street vendors and mismanaged traffic. Once inside we realized that the hotel is very different to what is advertised online. Place is dirty, old, smelled of smoke. We were very late and had a flight very early in the morning and had no option but to stay. Lift was old and could carry only three people and was unreliable. It took us to three different levels before arriving on level 4. It took us three trips to carry our luggage to our room. There are no stairs to level 4 and higher levels (Fire risk). Rooms on our level were occupied by smokers who were very loud and were awake all night. Once inside the room we got shock of our life. Room was terrible. Mattress was stained, smelly, even the bed sheets which they claimed washed were dirty, stained. Pillows were lumpy to say the least. Furniture was very old, room was dark, stuffy, smelled badly. Toilet was a similar story. Dirty, bad, bad. Would not recommend this place to any one. Please avoid this place.

  Salam O Alaikum, Thank you very much, Kashif, Aga and other staff members. Hats off to your great services! I stayed at Sarawan hotel last month for two weeks. I had a great experience, staff was very helpful and the services were outstanding. Everyone was helpful and respectful. Food needs to be improved but breakfast was good. Room always kept clean, always cool even in the hottest days, and WIFI works great. I would like to suggest Sarawan to have a little room for the gym, at least few treadmills, so people can take advantage of it and will attract more foreigners . Rashid Ayaz

  Economical and Better then Other Hotels in Sadar

  I was with my family and there was no option other than Sarawan hotel because of the price and inside atmosphere. I really enjoyed my stay here in this hotel and really appreciate the staff as the mjority of them was cooperative. I hope next time again I'll choose this hotel to stay with my family

  BAD BAD BAD

  Shockingly Bad worst experince No A.c working No Wifi ....Nothing works properly..So avoid this hotel its very old creepy horrible lifts.its just nightmare...worst hotel in whole karachi and very very expensive hotel without any facilities..

  Good for short stay in Lahore

  Good for short stay in Karachi if one is here for shopping trip! It is close to the main shopping malls in Saddar and easy acess to the tourists spots in town! Cheap and avrage in cleanliness.. Staff here are nice and friendlt
