  Nice Hotel

  The hotel is located in the heart of Palembang, opposite the Transmart, Pak Raden's Empe-empe shop (typical food of this city), the hotel is good, the service is good, the food and drinks at the restaurant at breakfast are varied, we stayed a week here. Just checked in there was a staff member who asked us whether all the equipment / facilities in the room were functioning properly or something was lacking (a very good thing to satisfy customers).Thank you for the service

  A very comfort and helpfull staff

  I was stay at santika radial for bussines trip, i have been stay for 7 day and i feel like at my own home, all the staff, food and ambience its makes you want to stay long time, really happy to stay at Santika radial.

  Room without windows

  This is a large hotel with 16 floors. We got a room on the 12th floor and I was already excited about the view we would have. But then we walked into a room without a window! The room was spacious with AC, TV (also English channels), free (sometimes slow) WiFi, safe and kettle with supplies to make your own tea/coffee. The bathroom was also large with a separated shower, nice towels and soap etc. Everything was clean. The hotel has a small outdoor swimming pool and a small gym on the fifth floor. Breakfast was served as a buffet with a large selection of food to choose from. There is a small super market right next to the hotel where you can buy essentials. In the corridor there is music playing (soft jazz) and you can hear it in the room - which annoyed me.

  Great location, good breakfast and attentive staffs

  We spent three nights here as part of our short road-trip vacation in South Sumatera and to welcome 2020. Check-in was quick and the front office staff was helpfull in accomodating our request for a room with a view of the Ampera bridge. The room was just right for our Asian size, bed was 'comfortably hard', good for our old bones and wifi was fast enough. The sheets and towels were of good quality and clean. The bathroom and fixtures were clean and well maintained. We used the electric heater for coffee and tea several times. Unfortunately there were no mini fridge to chill our drinks. We enjoyed the breakfast spread with a wide selections of both local and western. We had a late lunch at the same restaurant and the dish was good too. The pool was small and catering more for a young family. Don't bother if it's a weekend. The great thing about this hotel was the location. Lots of eateries, mini marts nearby and the TransMart was just accross the road. Car park was sufficient in the basement and around the hotel's perimeter. Security was diligent and good too. All said, it's a fairly new hotel, well staffed, a good value considering the great breakfast and the location. I would reccommend this hotel for a 2 to 3 nights stay and would come back.

  Very nice hotel!

  The superior room is quite spacious compared to some competitors. Surprisingly, they have a pool on the hotel, which is very nice addition. But what really impressed me is the breakfast. HUGE selection of authentic Indonesian and Palembangnese food, and also some western must haves. Will come here again.
