  So far ok

  The Room dont have facility like refrigerator, the staff said only. So dont bring something food or drink for keep them still fresh and cold! Interior room is nice, some area they are not fully maintained. For sleep, not guaranteed can sleep well...u still can hear people talk at corridor. even though there is a warning board, still some guests ignore that. Wifi: absolutely not ok....not easy to connect. Breakfast was awsome, taste very delicious...this is the only I impress about this hotel.

  Lack of Service

  Been staying in this hotel for a night, everything so slow. Asking for another key because my friend forgot to take the key from room, but the receptionist (girl, forgot the name) asking to give deposit first. How come? The breakfast buffet just ok. Asking for a hot water with lemon, a waitress said need to ask for the superior first. I mean even if it's chargable I dont mind to pay. The good thing is only the location of the hotel is close to shopping mall, that's it.

  ruin my holiday

  everything good when the first, until i got they gave me smoking room, while they know i was booked with 7 years old child. do they know its not good smoking room for a kid or passive smoker ? and i must add more money for another room. i was on holidays, i want enjoy it, but this hotel ruin my holiday because i was not happy with this issue

  Visiting Santika Mega City Bekasi

  In November 2019, my sister married in Bekasi. Me & my aunty came from Bandung to attend her wedding. After searching for several hotels in the Bekasi City area, I chose Hotel Santika Mega City Bekasi because based on the reviews I read, this hotel provides good facilities and a good breakfast. The hotel location is very strategic, right near the West Bekasi toll gate and located on the roof-top floor of Mega City Mall Bekasi and surrounded by famous shopping centers like Metropolitan Mall and restaurant or cafe. I stayed for 4 days 3 nights in this hotel. The service is very satisfying, the check-in process is fast, I get a room on order. The breakfast menu changes every day and tastes good, the breakfast menu choices are many. My impression of staying at this hotel is very satisfying. Thank you for Santika Mega City Staff Hotel for your service for me and my aunty.

  Great Hospitality

  One of my favourite hotel. Feel like home, and more than expectation. So clean and make me and my husband feel comfortable and acceptable. There is so many kind of food that we can eat when breakfast and its so delicious.
