  Baby that has a long way to go before being called a hotel

  Found the hotel on OYO...Overall..I can say it was a good stay but can be a lot better....hotel has everything to become a better hotel. Things that needs major improvement is food. On our first day there were guests who were refused breakfast as the hotel ran out of raw materials. They don't have a concept of room service which can bother some people majorly elders because you have to come down for your Lunch and dinner. Hotel is close to a kilometer away from Sai Samadhi Mandir but hotel does provide a free shuttle service to mandir which is a plus. While writing this review I can still see few people cribbing over not having enough variety in dinner and has preffered to go out for dinner. All in all if your stay is not long and you are not spoiled by some good hotels with their impeccable service and you are looking for a budget hotel, this is for you... I wish the hotel best of luck for their future .

  Nice stay

  Near to Shiradi Sai baba temple, newly constructed,Room are good and clean ,staff is very decent behaviour and friendly, good service ,cab facilitys also available, its a couple and family hotel.so you will feel safe and secure .

  Worst Hotel I had ever stayed in

  This was the worst hotel I stayed in. Bedsheets were dirty. It had big yellow spots, lipsticks marks left by previous guests. The pillow covers were dirty. The room was not wiped clean. The blankets were all full of big dirty spots. I requested the room service person to change everything which he was not happy with. He didn't had any clean bedsheets and pillow cover to my surprise. Bathrooms were dirty too. Had a very dirty bucket and mug. The bucket had layers of dirt. Water heater was not working, had to take cold water bath which was a pain. I complained to the hotel staff and they mentioned that they had solar water heater, hence they were dependent on sun to heat. What should i have done at 7 am, I wonder to get cold water. I would never stay in this hotel again. Pathetic experience.

  BETTER TO LOOK OUT FOR OTHER ONE

  VISITED ON 19TH JULY WITH FAMILY. Rooms were very untidy and even the bathroom. pond water ( softener not used) which was very dirty was supplied and because of which we bought 5litres of mineral water for brushing. They gave us execuses of staff shortage. Extra matress without pillow was given to us based on request. Bedsheets were dirty. I would not recommend for family....

  Utterly disappointing

  When you book room for you stay in advance you don't expect to go through the hassle of finding an hotel upon arrival. But there is nothing you can do when upon arrival you are told that rooms aren't available. At least have the courtesy to call an inform the customer. If you are planning to stay here please be warned you might be disappointed too. Thankful to OYO rooms to help sort the issue and give us a room elsewhere.
