Small room but near Gotanda StationThe hotel is located close to Gotanda Station - about 2-3 min walk. Gotanda Station is on the Yamanote Line, only 2 stations away from Shinagawa Station which is where Shinkansen, Narita Express, and other major lines stop at. Near the hotel there are also convenience store and several 24-hour fast food chains (McD, Yoshinoya). Room itself is very small (single room) but as I didn't have many luggages, it was fine. Amenities are typical of what you usually get at Japanese business hotels. I can hear trains running outside the windows but it wasn't too noisy and I had no problem sleeping that night. For 5,200 yen per night I thought the hotel was pretty good deal. You could add a bit extra to have breakfast included but I didn't take that option as I usually wake up rather late...

Small, not for westerners.I stayed here because the company I was working for put me up in this location. It was close to the venue I was working at for 7 days. Lots of food choices within walking distance. This hotel is not for westerners, the rooms are small, the lobby and hotel smell like smoke. Also the lobby looks like a swap meet is about to happen at any moment, junk is just thrown everywhere. I really felt like this hotel was geared towards a Japanese business man who didn't want to make the train ride home and needed a place to stay, but if he didn't want to spend any real money on accommodations. Or it was a good place to meet a hooker, as lots of those seemed to be wandering the halls at night. The male staff at the front desk was rude, while the female staff at the front desk were much more pleasant. If you end up staying here it won't kill you, but if you have a choice, spend a few bucks more and go some place cleaner and nicer.

The hotel where the traffic is convenient here.It is the hotel which people can reserve cheaply from the trip sites. It is near from Gotanda Station, and the convenience to transportation is good. The minimum facilities were set and have not felt the inconvenience. I have not been worried about the noise of the train so much, too. I always use it in Tokyo at time with the business.

Easily accessible by trainThe place is quiet and rooms are bit small, but generally clean. This is a three star hotel so don't expect much. But you'll like the place because it is just a 2-minute walk to the train station. There are many convenience stores and restaurants nearby.

Ok but very smokeyLocation is great and plenty of food options nearby. Single rooms are very smell and like many hotels in Japan, there is a strong smell of cigarette smoke through the building. Lobby area of the hotel looks like a flea market!
