  front desk staff need much more effort

  I asked for non smoking room but front desk crew did not care for it. They do not speak English at all. Location is good and public bath was nice. , . . ...

  Good for the price

  Great location! Right outside of train station and subway. Mall right next door lots of various types of restaurants, bars, bakery, movie theater, etc. room was very small. 1 person room additional person $35 each per night. Breakfast is buffet Japanese style not lot of food. I didnt care for the breakfast.

  Very good place for staying

  Very good 3*. Clean, silent, good Wi-fi. Compliment coffee in the lobby 24 hours. Not very comfortable bed (by my point of view). But the main thing is breakfast. They have to be proud of their shef. Rich choice and taste!!! Every morning you are in the real Japanese restaurant.

  Good hotel, will return

  Ill definitely return. Whole facility is very neat and clean and modern, very well-run. Also, Ebina really suits me (pretty quiet, not super-crowded, good restaurant and shopping). Pros: Overall condition and cleanliness of the hotel is excellent. General atmosphere very welcoming and comfortable. Staff is welcoming and totally professional. A/C is controllable separately in each room, and is powerful. I had no trouble keeping the room cool in June, in my south-facing room. Breakfast is very good, with lots of variety, both Japanese and western. Location is very convenient to Ebina station, about a 5~10 min walk, mostly under cover of the Vina Walk. Good restaurant choices between station and hotel, several western. Very close to LaLaPort mall, which is a very nice large shopping mall. About 10 min walk to Sagami River park, a pretty, peaceful riverside park. Cons: The rooms are pretty small and have no closet or drawers, but do provide a few cubbies and a wall-mounted rod for hanging clothes. Staff speaks some English, but you might have to try more than one person if you dont speak Japanese. All were extremely courteous and helpful, and I always felt welcome even when we were having trouble communicating. Tip: from Ebina station, do not try to walk to the hotel at ground level following line of sight. Youll have trouble finding a way across the train tracks. Stay on the upper level of the Vina Walk towards LaLaPort mall until youre over the train tracks. Youll find steps and an elevator down to ground level on your right as you approach the mall.

  My new favorite Hotel

  My first time staying here. Very great location only feet from the Mall and the the station. The staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms look nice. I like the public baths as well. They offer breakfast in the mornings. Be sure to select the time frame you desire to eat in the morning.
