  just fair!!!

  The staff were friendly else for one lone man(crying in the wilderness..hahaha).The room i was in was spacious and clean but smelt musty. The bath area is quite small and i was assured i was in one of their best rooms. If you are a deep sleeper you can actually survive your stay here as there is a "nightclub" next door and a "generator"(the window unit ac) in the room(all the rooms in the hotel). The complimentary breakfast is nothing to write home about. Be careful when using the laundry services; i once got an expensive attire burnt/ destroyed there when i sent it for ironing and all management could say was" there is nothing we can do..we can only fire him"..as if i had the heart to allow such a thing. ..nothing like an apology was rendered.. oh yes!! least i forget,they pester you to pay for everything before they leave your side..eg; the "lone-man" brought up my meal one night and i almost felt he was going to man-handle me when he was demanding payment for the meal(who carries cash these days!!), he demanded i call the restaurant to bring up the POS so i could pay. Furthermore, its somewhat difficult to go strolling in the evening after a meal as there are loads of "relief workers" in your part and you could be lumped in with the lot.. In all my stay was not comfortable hence i had to leave for a more comfortable place.

  Nice & clean - but...

  If you are looking for a budget hotel in Abuja, the Rosebud could be your top choice. The property is centrally located and the hotel is kept in an impeccably clean condition. Internet is free - though the log-in system is a bit antiquated and causes more grief than the free service could ever give you happiness. The staff is generally very friendly and trying to help you with whatever you may need. The Restaurant is strictly African and the free breakfast can easily get boring as there is neither choice nor variety on the Continental side of matters. The real downside however is the open air night club that is blasting "music" far beyond the capacity of their loud-speakers and way beyond a noise level bearable for anyone trying to sleep within the neighborhood.

  Short nice stay

  Clean friendly staff and spacious rooms ...no lift so if on top floor den be prepared to climb 3 floors stairs flight ... nite life is active in the area with clubs and bars nearby and getting around Abuja from the hotel is fairly easy
