  Short stay but good..

  Arrived at midnight for check in. Check in could have been faster though the receptionist was friendly and polite. Room size was ok. Can not understand why the wash basin was given inside the room splashing water on to the table which is the continuation of the wash basin platform. Toilet was clean and ok. Sleep quality was good. As it was settled by my company directly, check out was faster. Breakfast spread was good. My friend who too stayed there, enjoyed their hot non veg food they provided. I saw public transport trams just outside the hotel though I did not use it. Short and good stay. J Ganesh

  Very good value for money

  I spent 2nights at this hotel in Kosice, it is 10mins by walk to the old town. Rooms are quite small but modern. Staff is friendly and in family style. Hotel is clean with Loccitane amentists. Hotel jas also congress part. Hotel is situated near trafic road.

  Great stay in a great hotel!!

  We have had a great stay in this hotel it is 3 star but service and comfort more! It is located just 4 stops on the metro from the old town and the shopping center. The metro is just across the street. It is on a busy road but there is no noise in the rooms. The hotel staff are helpful and there is also bicycles available. We really enjoyed staying here!

  Ups and downs

  We choose this hotel mainly due to close location to the airport and due to fair prices. We stayed for 3 nights. Maybe its unfair with 3 stars, but its close to getting 4. Room was strange with the placement of beds and quite some noise from the Main Street outside. But overall clean and nice. However when you both for day 2 and 3 have to call for towels, as this was not replaced after cleaning and Wi-di is at best working VERY slow, then its hard to get high recommendations from business travelers who need access to work. Furthermore on day 3 bed was not made up. Staff in both lobby and restaurant was friendly and polite and breakfast was fine. So with more attentive room cleaning and better Wi-fi, 4 stars is possible.

  Cannot fault the hotel

  I stayed in this hotel last week (September 2019) checking in in the evening of a weekday. The hotel is beautifully presented once inside, the hotel is a budget hotel however having said that the hotel has many luxuries with this. The hotel is very modern, staff are very friendly and professional and well presented, looking smart and sophisticated. Bikes are available for free hire to use, as is a 10% discount on their restaurant. I was most surprised and impressed to see top designer locitaine hand wash and shower gel in the room. I was also pleasantly surprised to see that there was a focus on the environment with tissue being 100% recycled paper and no wasteful mini bottles of anything in the bathroom. The only thing I didnt like was single use plastic cups in the bathroom and a washable plastic glass would have been better. All the rooms have showers as you would expect for a budget hotel, the comment about sink in the bedroom is one I didnt quite understand until I visited. It doesnt seem to important until you realise its practicality, when the desk is covered in water in the bedroom, which is easily done. However without the sink in the bedroom the bathrooms would look very cramped and as they are they look spacious, so I can see why they have done this. This hotel left a good impression and I wouldnt think twice about staying here again. I used this hotel as a airport hotel and for this purpose it is ideal.
