    Nice place for a stay but could have been better

    Stayed one night at this boutique hotel and overall, the room is comfortable, the bathroom is spacious. Parking available at the basement of opposite building and you will need to get the access card from the reception. Breakfast is included which is just a simple breakfast. Nothing much and interesting within walking distance and only some small shops around. The only thing I dislike is that the room we had was at ground floor just next to lift lobby and you can hear people's voices from time to time. In addition, the room window was facing the back alley and there are cars parking there and there was one stupid car who has his engine on for half an hour causing the noise and smoke to enter our room via the window.

    nice

    the room is nice but as a muslim living here is hard to pray bcoz theres a very small space to pray. bathroom is nice , tv is clear, totally cozy room. they prepared a lot of snacks on table. at first i thought its free but actually we have to pay it when we check out. . ironing room is separate room. front desk is friendly. i need sejadah, they gv me. the worst things is only the parking. its hard to park car here, i even got sue bcoz of park. they should prepared park for guests.

    Good service at the front desk, but the hotel bar pulled a bait-and-switch and refused to acknowledge it.

    I stayed here 13-15 July 2018. The room was in decent shape and the bed was comfy. The front desk staff were helpful and friendly. For the price, it was a good value, but I had a bad experience at the bar. I went to grab a beer with a couple friends. The bar staff asked us if we would like to order a bucket, pointing to a promotional poster on the wall. The price seemed reasonable, so we ordered a bucket of Heineken and paid with 100 ringgit. We got less change than we expected and the bar told us that the advertised bucket was for Tiger (which was not stated on the poster at the bar). They hadn't filled the bucket yet, so we asked them to change it to Tiger. They refused, even after we made it clear we were upset about the bait-and-switch. They directed us to a separate poster outside the bar showing the price for Heineken, as if we were supposed to have read it. It was clear when we ordered that we were interested in the bucket as advertised in the bar and they should have either (a) told us Heineken was more expensive or (b) honored our request to change. Not cool, Hotel Richbaliz. The front desk staff should train the bar staff on customer service.

    Decent hotel

    Stayed in the Deluxe Family room for 2 nights. Room was clean,comfortable and spacious. Staff were helpful and courteous. The food at the cafe was tasty. Good location nearby KL. Reserved parking lots available. This is definately a hotel worth staying in.

    Small room but comfortable stay

    Compared with several other small hotels in the vicinity, this hotel is definitely above them all in terms of comfort - nice bed with good pillows, beautiful decor, good showers too. But the room with a large double bed does not leave much space to move about. Breakfast is very basic, provided in several sets, out of which you have to choose only one.
