  Rooms good but food could be improved

  The room was clean and newly decorated. Despite being to the front of the hotel the noise level was low. The breakfast could be better, choice was limited and the croissants and bread were not fresh. The hotel offers a Chinese buffet dinner which is ok. The food is used seems to be lower quality food. Not a bad stay but let down by the food offered. Staff were friendly and helpful but a lot have limited English.

  Neat hotel and very affordable

  New Asian owners of this hotel. Rooms were renovated and very neat. Good WiFi, good bed and shower. Quiet room. Breakfast ok, I did not have a lot of choice because a big group just left. They also have an Asian buffet type of restaurant.

  Nice hotel!

  Nice,cozy and quiet hotel.A warm welcoming from the staff makes it even more attractive. The rooms are very comfortable,equipped with everything in it. It was very special the placement of the candy on the bed pillows. Breakfast is full of the right ingredients.

  No hot water

  Simple room, but clean. Good badroom with a shower. In my room no hot water. Maybe incidentally..... Bed are good. You hear the street. Breakfast is OK. Attached is a Chinees restaurant. OK for night. single room is very small, and not very cozy.

  Unable to stay due to Covid but excellent customer service,

  We originally booked the hotel through hotels.com to stay in March and although travel restrictions were starting to be put into place due to Covid hotels.com wouldnt let us change the booking. I contacted the hotel directly and couldnt fault them, they moved our booking (although they didnt have to) at no extra charge. I was so impressed with how quickly they responded and the fantastic customer service I received. I moved the booking to the end of July but unfortunately due to having to shield I am unable to travel even though general restrictions have been lifted. I emailed Hotel Danner to ask to cancel my booking. They replied within a few minutes and cancelled the booking for me at no charge. Thank you so much for the quick replies and excellent customer service and for going above and beyond what you had to. I will definitely book with them as soon as its safe for me to travel. I highly recommend the hotel for its customer service, a lot of companies would have just taken our money. Thank you Hotel Danner for your understanding, we will definitely be staying with you in the future.
