  Excelente ubicación, cómodo y acogedor. Personal muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar. Desayuno muy completo. Estupendo restaurante italiano. Idiomas italiano, inglés y alemá n. Nosotros pasamos el fin de año en Salzburgo y fue una experiencia inolvidable! Por poner una pega te hacen la habitación cada dos días pero tampoco hace falta más.

  Bad and greedy hotel.

  We booked this hotel in June for 2 nights in July. Hotel conform our booking. But in July before the night of our arrival they cancelled our booking with out any reason. So please don't book this hotel if they got more money for there rooms they will give to someone else. Very bad management.

  Good location - missing AC

  The room was very spacious for 3 people and the bathroom was also confortable. The only problem we had was that the weather was very hot the we had no air conditioner in the room. We also had dinner there and the meal was good and not very expansive (italien cuisine). The breakfast was medium with just a few choices of food to pick. It is located near Salzburg and is a good choice if you travel by car because you have free parking. It does not have elevator.

  Avoid

  My boyfriend and I checked in. There is no AC so we opened the windows but then our room became infested with bugs. The begs felt broken, I woke up sore everywhere and at 6am because of the cars driving on the road like its a highway.

  Avoid this hotel - very unprofessional

  We booked this hotel for 3 nights 9 months out (via Orbitz). Contacted them a month before the journey and everything was fine. 3 days before (at least they gave us 3 days warning which is why I give them 1*) they cancelled our reservation with no explanation. Luckily, Orbitz stepped in and booked us a different hotel so we are not going to be stranded. A hotel to be avoided at all costs unless you like the thrill of having to find alternate accommodations last minute
