  Bicycling through Imst

  The room was VERY clean. Beds were great. The room was quite small. It had one of those corner showers where you have to open two doors at 90 degrees angles to get in. The result is a very tight shower. Staff was helpful, but consistently put off by our requests. We requested to pay for our dinner with a credit card as opposed to cash and we received an eye roll. We requested to leave at 6:30am as opposed to 7:30am to beat the early rain, they showed us where the key was to unlock the bike shelter, but again seemed "put off" by the special request.

  Dirty Glasses

  Stopped in for coffee while charging the car. Is close to a charger near the river. Quite unfriendly service. Dirty glasses for the coffee. Taste was ok though. Two stars only, as girlfriend was with me who likes it clean.

  On a busy road

  We only stayed one night in this hotel but found it very noisy until late and the big trucks started up again at 4-5am. It is also within noise distance of the autobahn. So if youre going to stay longer make sure you book a room out the back. The food (we had half board) was very average although the buffet style soup and salad was good. The rooms were dated but the beds comfortable.

  Very clean, convenient location and high quality food

  We have gone here 2 years in a row, and thanks to Aldi Tours, we have had really good deals including breakfast and dinner. The hotel is peaceful: rooms are cozy and clean; food is very good,plenty, and high quality; and staff is nice and helpful. Close to shopping and skiing! We enjoyed this with our 2 young kids.

  Nice Hotel

  We stayed here for 1 night on our journey back to the UK. There was private parking for the hotel at the front of the premises. The hotel is in the middle of the town however we had no issues with road noise.The room we had at the rear of the hotel was massive, well furnished, clean and tidy. It had 2 X 3 seater sofas, plus the bed and there was still a load of space. The bathroom was very modern and was reached via frosted sliding glass doors at the end of the bedroom. The bed was very comfortable. The communal areas of the hotel itself are very "Austrian" traditional, wood everywhere. A pleasant surprise was the set dinner. We booked the hotel online and there was a "dinner" option available at 16.00. On arrival the menu gave little indication of what to expect and it under sold itself, - describing it as "soup from the buffet, salad from the buffet and a single main course of weiner schnitzel with potatoes. There was a choice of 2 soups which were both excellent, the salad buffet was great, plenty of choice and all fresh, and the main course was cooked to order. We were then offered a dessert of ice cream which we weren't expecting. Excellent value. There were also choices for children. Breakfast was buffet continental but loads of choice, cheeses, meats, yogurt, eggs etc, but no pastries. The staff were all very pleasant and the bar wasn't overpriced like it is in many have decent hotels. We would stay here again.
