comfy stayWe arrived at 9.30pm from Seoul by Jeju Air. We took the last airport limousine bus 600 at gate 5 to New Kyungnam Tourist Hotel (KRW5,000 T-money). After 1 hour and half we arrived at the bus stop. At first we were confused with the hotel location. With heavy rain and nightime, it was hard to locate the place, walk and ask people around for the direction. After a while we decided to take the taxi. Do not confuse kenny story with kenny inn. This hotel was located at the alley at Arang Joeul Street. It costed us KRW3,200 to reach hotel by taxi. We checked in at almost 12 am. The check in process went smoothly. Please note he front counter will closed at 1-6 a.m. The room was comfortable with fridge, safety box, big television, one single bed, one double bed, clothing cabinet, two bottles of water, air conditioner, towels and shampoo. There were many convenient stores (CU stores) and restaurants nearby. The female receptionist was very helpful with the maps to bus stops. Do not forget to take the business card from the hotel to get the address in Hangul-easy to ride taxi. We took the bus number 282 at Arang Joeul Street bus stop (2 minutes walk from hotel) to Jungmun Tourist Complex to visit Teddy bear Museum. The bus fare was KRW1,250. Olleh Everyday market was 5 minutes by foot. Saesom bridge was 28 minutes walking distances from the hotel. I advised to take taxi- KRW1,180 the road to the bridge was sloppy. Cheonjiyeon entrance can be found on the way to the bridge after the Chilsimnigyo bridge. The breakfast at the hotel was good. There were variety of food and beverages such as cereal, milk, coffee, orange juice, hot chocolate, rice, soups, kimchi, porridge, banana, salad and toasts. The parking was limited. The male receptionist was good in English and polite. He helped us to reserve the taxi from the hotel to Jeju airport with the price range KRW 30,000 to 35,000.

Not friendly and no parkingStaff are not professional nor friendly at all. No welcoming when checked in. No parking available on site as so tiny place and have only 7 car park space and told me to park near public car park which is not free. So annoying to carry bag etc and walk back to hotel. Room is so tiny and located middle of house and not much option to look around. Will not stay this place again.

Simple clean room with quick access to food and transportationMy travel party (group of three friends) was very lucky to have a great check-in experience with Sally, who had accommodated us to do an early check-in on 31-Oct. She was very kind and helpful in guiding us through the usage of the TV remote and even the air conditioning/heating system which were quite different to what we were used to. We did have language challenges with most of the other staff on rotation in this hotel during our 7D6N stay, but they do try their best to address our enquiries. We found the room to be clean and rather spacious for the three of us (...really we didnt expect it to be as big as it was). WiFi was available in the room and common areas (lobby/restaurant/public computer usage zone). We had a washing machine in our room that was highly useful to us, since we were participating in the Jeju Olle Walking Festival. Whats more, hotel was relatively close to key bus pick-up/drop-off stations and it is right next to the Arang Joeul Food Market zone! You wont go hungry here but do note that most of the food joints do close by 9pm. The Seogwipo Maeil Olle Market () and other commercial/lifestyle amenities (shopping/coffee/etc.) are also within a walkable distance. P/s: Did I mention that you can have a great view of Hallasan while having your breakfast? Pp/s: The Hotel is also committed to giving you a healthy breakfast with minimal artificial seasoning. Thats good news for health buffs.

Great Service and LocationI enjoyed the service here at this hotel, they were very welcoming. They spoke English which was very helpful, but I was looking for a particular gift and couldn't find it online so they helped look it up and they also called around to help me, this stuck out as something that made them such great hosts. The rooms are spacious and the beds were comfortable. They had wifi available and had a delicious Korean breakfast buffet. The parking could be a bit tight if you have a bigger vehicle. Eateries are less than a 5-10 min walk from the hotel. They have a lot of different options. I enjoyed the black pork restaurants (there were several nearby) and the dumplings restaurant around the corner.
