  Great views of Mt Fuji

  Rooms here all offer the most fantastic views onto Mt Fuji and watching it at sunrise as the colours change progressively and subtly is a great joy. Rooms are fairly basic but comfortable and the spring baths are incredibly hot but so enjoyable. Do have a traditional Japanese banquet if you can, they are excellent.

  Lovely and spacious hotel in Fujikawaguchiko

  We had a 2D 1N travel to Yamanako and Kawaguchiko and spent 1 night at Regina Kawaguchiko Hotel. We like the space of the room provided for us (we are 3 adults & 1 child). The room is clean and facilities complete. There is a hot spring at the 1st floor of the hotel with all the facilities (its a must). We had a great moments there

  Great views of Mt Fuji

  We stayed for 1 night at this hotel as part of a group tour. It was fine for one night but I'd say a little dated (one of our chairs was ripped and I didn't fancy wearing slippers used by other guests). The separate bedroom was good and plenty of room in the lounge, although we couldn't find any English TV channels to catch up on the news after dinner. Bathroom strange layout but a nice deep bath. Obviously the main thing about this hotel is the balcony views of Mount Fuji which were fantastic - worth getting up at 6am to see the sunrise. We had fun wearing the kimonos for the 5 course dinner which was beautifully presented. We had a little controversy in that some of our group had bought beers downstairs in the bar and were not allowed to bring them upstairs to dinner (possibly because downstairs they were 300Y and upstairs the same beer was 800Y!) This did seem very strange ?? Breakfast was not too good as it is brought in precooked and then reheated, and the plates were plastic (ugh), so probably the worst out of the 6 hotels that we stayed in on our tour. Overall, the views saved the day!!

  A bit run down onsen hotel

  Customer service is good but the location is only good if u are driving. Breakfast has wide selection, given the location is a bit further so its advisable to take the hotel breakfast. Onsen is pretty small yet its quite empty most of the time.

  Loved it

  This hotel was beautiful. The rooms were well furnished, not to mention absolutely massive in comparison to standard Japanese rooms. The views of Mt Fuji from our balcony were just incredible. The hotel was so accommodating, the shuttle bus they operate is incredibly helpful and made accessing the hotel and town so easy. We hope to come back to this hotel in the future!
