  Super Hotel

  Unas excelentes vacaciones en un Hotel confortable, el personal muy amable, las habitaciones muy bonitas, comodas y limpias, el Hotel cuenta con piscina, la comida del restaurant es excelente y Sölden es un pueblo maravilloso.

  Hay que visitarlo!

  Hotel, con precios súper a la mano... Media pensión, suite panoramica, piscina, hora del thè, el restaurante, el personal... Excelentes!!! Precios x persona 106.00 .. Con Todo lo mencionado incluido... A mi, personalmente me gusto mucho.

  Perfect

  Thank you to Fabian and his family for a wonderful week in Sölden. The hotel has everything you could ask for. The location is meters from one of the main ski lifts. The ski locker has plenty of space and heated boot warmers. We had a mixed weather week. Having such a nice hotel makes all the difference. Breakfast every morning was brilliant. Cereal, fruit, cold meat, cheese, hot freshly cooked breakfast, tea and coffee. The bar area has plenty of comfortable seating and Heidi is very attentive and remembers everything. The Pool and spa area is very clean and has plenty for everyone. The evening meal is top of the range. We got upgraded to an apartment on the fifth floor. It was perfect for four lads on a week away skiing. You will not be disappointed.

  Great hotel in a great location

  I had a fantastic week here with no complaints at all. The rooms are large and comfortable, the bar is cosy, the breakfasts are excellent, as are the dinners, and the staff are friendly. It's also in a great location close to one of the main lifts. All in all a top place and I would go back again.

  Be careful when choosing this one

  That would the first time for me to write a review about a hotel, where I didn't succeed to go... still here is my experience with Regina. March 2020 with my wife we planned to go in Regina and stay there for 1 week - from all reviews and fast check on the maps it seems the perfect location for ski holidays. We've booked earlier - about January 2020. About 20 days before our travel pandemic started across Europe. We decided that it will be safer in case we don't go there and I started a discussion with the hotel on how to cancel our stay without loosing the whole amount we already paid. For the sake of precision, the terms of the hotel do not provide you the possibility to have full or partial refund in case you try to cancel your stay. This is clearly stated everywhere and I understand clearly that point. Still and mainly based on pandemic situation in Europe I tried to explain and convince the hotel that this extraordinary situation needs extraordinary efforts of all - resulting in several replies with NO. Proposing them to have a "voucher" for even part of the amount for the next year didn't succeed neither. My booking was done trough Booking (dot) com. After contacting them, explain the case, they accepted to try to discuss additionally with the hotel. The result - NO partial or full refund. I was explained that there is nothing that can be done more. At this stage of pandemic Austria was not in any state of emergency or similar, thus there was no any legal way to obtain or ask a refund. My expectations was related mainly to the fact that the hotel would accept, that as we don't come at all they will not do any additional expense for the room, nor the food and might provide even a partial refund or keep it and provide it as a discount for next year. The money is not the most important point in that case, good impression and sharing excellent feedback about a place is. Never the less, I'm disappointed by lack of understanding and don't recommend this hotel only because the customer care part seems to be missing partially or entirely.
