  Friendly helpful staff but accomodation not that great

  The hotel itself is set in a nice building. Our superior room was tired and the bed was so uncomfortable that I ended up not sleeping most of the night .The room smell of dump so badly that we needed to wash all of our clothes back home including bags .The hotel charge £35 for acess the swimming pool that was overcrowded ,steam room broken and changing facility filthy with just one toilet. The staff was very helpful and friendly though.

  Wouldn't stay there again

  Stayed at the hotel for two nights . Reception was very helpful and efficient . That's as much I can say say on the positive side The room was dated an in need of refurbishment. The floor did not seem to have been swept as there was sand everywhere. The studio had no kettle / no hairdryer and when we asked for one we were told they did not have any We asked to use the pool and we were told there was a supplement of ....35 euros per day ....mad or what We booked he hotel as we might have wanted to use the pool but no where did we see that such a high supplement might be needed I can appreciate that a supplement might be required but 35 euros is totally unwarranted

  Nice Hotel

  Have been visiting Berck for some years, this was our fist stay in the Regina. The hotel is large and clean with friendly staff. The room was of a good size with all that is required, our only moan about the room was the bath had a hand held shower with no screen meaning a wet bathroom floor when used. We did not use the spa but was told it cost 12 euro's for a 24 hr period. I think this hotel was most probably a grand hotel in its time that has let standards slip a bit, however its a good hotel and worth staying in if visiting |Berck

  Clean, great little pool and close to beach

  Enjoyed our stay. Good price and central location close to the beach. Couldn't fault it! Room was clean and ready for our arrival, additional bed we requested was already set up and they didn't charge a supplement. For the price, you can't go wrong.

  Wouldnt return

  Stayed here for two nights on our way back to the uk from the south of France. The main reason we booked was the swimming pool. It said a supplement may apply. When we arrived and asked we were told it was 45 for the four of us for 1 day!! We were shocked! we did not use it. We were very disappointed. We wanted to use the car park and were told it was full upon our arrival, it does say about a parking being reserved but doesnt say it has to be done in advance. Room was basic bunk beds looked like they were from a prison cell and blankets to match. Very outdated decor and not as clean as we would have liked. Floor looked like it hadnt been swept. No hairdryer. Our bathroom had an awful smell and the shower took 15 minutes for the weather to drain away. Was charged a 12 supplement per night for our daughter to have a cot. Something that wasnt mentioned when we booked and I had emailed requesting one in advance. Breakfasts was 9.50 for an adult and 5.50 for a child. Not worth it in my opinion. Good location to the town and beach 10 minutes walk away. Berck is quite a run down seaside town. Le Touquet is more expensive but definitely worth it!
