  Good hotel with a personal touch

  We stayed for 3 nights at this nice and friendly hotel. The staff was extremely nice and service minded. They really cared about the guests wellbeing and they did everything for us. The room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. The restaurant served a buffet breakfast with large variety of dishes and you could also have lunch or dinner there. It was good value for money.

  Good Hotel

  I have visited this hotel with my family and stayed for 1 night. Stayed in four bed room, room is of avarage size but comfortable. Room service was there but you have carry cash as the room services charges have to pay on the spot by cash. If coffee maker would have been provide it will be good

  Good rooms and nice place

  We went there as a family with senior citizens, adults and a kid. The hotel is located in the city center near Vandiyur mariamman temple and teppakulam. We got a triple room with an extra bed and a double room. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. Their room service is good and all the staff members were very much assistive and helpful for us. They offered complimentary breakfast for us. They have good parking facility, lifts,etc as well. Would recommend stay here for any one.

  A good hotel

  I was in Madurai for just 01 day for 29th May , got a chance to stay in this excellent hotel because of a goof off by the Redbus booking dept. I originally selected another hotel but because of the Problem in early morning checkin I was moved to this excellent property by them . In a way I am thankful to Redbus people for this .I really enjoyed the service par excellence in this property all the staff was really cooperative and soft spoken . Had all the 03 meals in the hotel and enjoyed the experience thoroughly. Thanks a lot Hotel Rajdhane,Madurai for a lovely experience .

  Very disappointing and terrible Stay

  We stayed in this hotel for attending function with family(with senior citizens and kids). Took wrong decision to choose this hotel. Hot water is not available on morning from 7AM to 10AM, when called reception they told will send technician. Technician cam to the room and told he has done some solar circulation but still hot water not came, we bathed in cold water. Our whole family in 2 rooms had to bath in cold water. Not enough space for car parking, hotel staff is rude in not allowing us to park the car in road in front of the hotel as hotel underground car park is full. I have to park our car 2 streets away from hotel. If parking is full, the basic we expect from Hotel is to help us in guiding how to park on the road correctly without violating rules, but instead hotel staff was very rude. They do not have feedback or compliant mechanism to record our ordeal. When I approached front office person for feedback note, he provided me fresh diary to give my feedback. This attitude shows how they treat their Guests. They gave RO filled water in used water bottles which they call as Complimentary water for the room. Ordered coffee from the room, but after 20 mins they told they do not have flask to bring the coffee to room. Room AC and TV works properly. Bed is clean in the room. Overall this Hotel is not suitable for Family travelers.
